This beautiful studio is located in the urbanization "Els Griells", just outside L'Estartit; the perfect location to escape from the tourist crowds, but where you can still go to the center within 15 minutes. The beautiful beach boulevard takes you along the beach to the old fishing village to end at the active port. In the urbanization Els Griells you can find a supermarket within walking distance. Changing the Mediterranean Sea for a swimming pool is not a problem with Moya, because of his communal swimming pool and large garden which you have direct access to from the terrace. Moya is a completely renovated studio on the ground floor which is furnished with style and attention. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, 2 folding single beds, TV (Spanish) and entrance to the terrace with magnificent sea view. The open kitchen has a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and coffee machine.
