In front of the apartment is the beautiful boulevard of this old fishing village that takes you along the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit. Within walking distance you also have restaurants with sunny terraces and the long shopping street with charming shops. A plus for the children: in front of the apartment you find a small playground! Nautica is located on the 3rd floor, which ensures a wonderful view over the harbor and the Mediterranean Sea. From the terrace you can enjoy on warm summer evenings the view of the boats and the Spanish sunset. The apartment consists of a living room with dining area, sofa bed and an entrance to the terrace.
