A shower and WC are also located on this floor.

On the upper floor, a second living and dining room with a dining table provides an additional communal space for relaxing or sharing meals. This level houses 3 further bedrooms: a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower and WC, a room with a French bed, and an additional room with a single bed.
