The area is known for its attractions, such as the Giardino dei Suoni (11 km), Abbazia San Galgano (18 km), Siena (50 km), Grosseto (53 km), and Follonica (40 km). Hikers will also enjoy the nearby Mountain-Bike trail. If you need to run any errands, the nearest shop and supermarket are both 3 km away. There is also a restaurant and bus stop within 800 m and a riding stable just 3 km away. If you're looking to relax by the water, the Accesa bathing lake is just 30 km away.

The kitchen/living room on the ground floor is equipped with a gas stove, 4 gas rings, and a kettle. There is also a dining table in this area and an exit to the terrace. The ground floor has a bathroom/bidet/WC and a shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating is available on this floor.

The upper floor of this villa/farmhouse/home has another kitchen/living room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dishwasher, a gas stove, 4 gas rings, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is a dining table in this area as well, and an exit to the terrace. The upper floor also has a shower/bidet/WC and gas heating.
