Within the private natural estate of Vecchienna (800Ha), Podere Rosmarino is a typical Tuscan house with open views, in the heart of the Upper Maremma countryside, recently renovated, just 40km from the Etruscan coast and the Rimigliano natural park.

Spacious rooms and common areas with large volumes and lots of light.

You will be 30 minutes from the sea while being able to visit the main cities of art (Pisa, Florence, Siena, Volterra, etc.) during the day.

The house has been completely renovated.

Natural swimming pool exclusive to tenants, secured by a fence (unsupervised - 8m x 6m x 1.5m) less than 100m from the house, at the bottom of a shaded path.

Free WIFI.

Shaded and furnished private terrace. Barbecue.

Note that the main house of which Podere Rosmarino is part includes two distinct and completely independent accommodations, each with its own terrace, rented separately.

Heerlijke verblijf met prachtig uitzicht

Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger und abgelegener Gegend

Das Haus liegt inmitten der Toskanischen Berge mit einem weiten schönen Ausblick. Es ist ein wenig abgelegen, d.h. man kann nicht eben mal zu Fuß was essen gehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Man kann dies mit dem anderen Haus zusammen Mieten und ist somit für größere Gruppen und Familien geeignet. Der Pool ist auch sauber liegt allerdings ein klein wenig weg vom Haus. Das wurde aber bewusst vom Eigentümer so gewählt um Ruhe für die Gäste am Haus zu haben. Wir würden wieder kommen. Die Betreuung war auch einwandfrei und sehr nett.

Schönes abgelegenes Haus in der Toskana

Schönes (Doppel) Haus mitten in den toskanischen Bergen. Etwas abgelegen, dafür aber mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Beschreibung zum Haus passt sehr gut. Aufteilung wie folgt: Erdgeschoss mit offener Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad sind zusätzlich noch im Erdgeschoss. 1. Etage: 3 weitere Schlafzimmer zusätzlich ein weiteres Bad. Zwei dieser 3 Schlafzimmer haben ein en suite bad. Das Haus eignet sich für bis zu 8 Personen. Ausstattung des Hauses würde ich als normal bezeichnen. Zum Pool geht man einen Feldweg runter. Umgebung: Monterotondo Marittimo ist der nächste Ort mit einem Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria. Hierfür benötigt man aber auch bereits ein Auto. Hinlaufen ist durch die hügelige Gegend und die Entfernung keine Option. Zum Strand sind es eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Ausflüge nach Florenz (2:00 Stunden), Volterra (1:05 Stunden) & Sienna (1:30 Stunden) sind zu empfehlen. Danke für die nette Betreuung von Elisabeth.

Heerlijk grote woning met veel tuin en een adembenemend uitzicht. Lekker zwembad. Lekker plek om met je familie door te brengen. Keuken goed voorzien van alles.

Great house in wonderful countryside

The Podere is a really attractive and comfortable farmhouse on an Italian estate. There is lots of space inside and out. It is in a part of Tuscany slightly off the usual tourist patch, in wooded hills with fascinating volcanic rocks. Corso was helpful and full of good suggestions for our expeditions. Although a little remote, we used it as a base to visit Elba, Populonia, Porto San Stefano, Siena and Volterra as well as enjoying the beach. Because we were sightseeing so much, we probably did not take full advantage of its peaceful environment but we thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless.

Wir (2 Familien, Eltern + jeweils 2 Kinder) hatten einen wundervollen, traumhaften Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Alles war absolut perfekt, das Haus super ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die 4 Zimmer sind groß und jeweils mit einem zugehörigen Bad ausgestattet. Toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Abwicklung hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Stadt (das wollten wir auch so), sehr ruhig und entspannend und für das Badevergnügen ist der Pool super. Trotzdem ist der Ort nicht weit weg und dort hatte es einen kleineren "Edeka", in welchem man wirklich alles bekommt. Wenn man Essen gehen will, muss etwas Wegezeit mit eingeplant werden, aber man kann jederzeit Frau Elisabeta oder den Vermieter fragen, wie man fahren muss oder wo es gut ist. Wir hatten wirklich einen traumhaften Urlaub. Danke!

Es ist ein sehr schönes und großzügiges Haus, in dem an alles gedacht wurde. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Excellente

La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. La piscine, toute proche de la maison, est bien sécurisée pour les enfants. La maison est située dans la belle campagne toscane, calme et reposante, mais tout près d'un village où se trouvent toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous recommandons cette location.

Great place - very positive impression

We spent 15 days in Podere San Giuseppe. We really enjoyed the house. Great interior design and very well furnished. Lovely swimming pool and enought far away from the house to be safe for kids. We have appreciated the incredible Sunset from the terasse. Many thanks to the kind owner. We will certainly come back !

Very nice and hospitable stay

A very nice stay A big sized holiday home, good equipment, very clean, nice pool and even a bread baking house beside the house. The host was very friendly and even helped us with a problem we had with our car. Even when the second part of the house is occupied you have the Feeling of staying on your own. The only "bad" aspect is that nearby there is a lot green thermal energy plants and cooling towers which destroy the landscape if you are looking into the wrong direction. So just look into the nice landscape that you have there

Une location de rêve !!!

Si vous aimez la beauté, le calme, la nature, bref l'art de vivre, cette maison est pour vous ! Extrêmement confortable et fonctionnelle, elle a été refaite avec beaucoup de goût. La vue est splendide, l'environnement immédiat est apaisant, les environs regorgent de choses à voir et à faire : la cité historique de Massa Maritima, les bains chauds de Sasso Pisano, les plages de San Vincenzo, les sites antiques romains et étrusques,... Idéal pour venir en famille aussi, pour se mettre au vert et profiter des coins de baignade. Vivement recommandé !!!

Très bonne surprise

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette ancienne maison de pierre qui est un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances en toscane, dans le calme et le frais de la campagne tout en étant proche de la mer. La maison a une terrasse avec une vue imprenable et nous y prenions tous nos repas. Les pièces sont très spacieuses, propres et décorées simplement et en particulier la cuisine est très agréable et conviviale. Les enfants ont profité de la piscine naturelle (petit sentier de 100m pour la rejoindre). Nous avons aussi pu faire de nombreuses excursions : ballades à pieds, découverte du site étrusque de Populonia, bains de mer à San Vincenzo, visite de Volterra, dégustation de vin à Petra (penser à réserver avant)… D’excellentes vacances à recommander !
