Located on the ground floor of this cosy building, this accommodation offers a functional air-conditioned (only cold air) room where you find the kitchen and the living - dining room. Here you can watch the satellite TV after enjoying the delicious meal cooked on the electric cooktop. The kitchen has a basic equipment and there is no washing machine or iron. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, closet and AC (only cold air). A baby cot and a high chair are available. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed at the living area. The bathroom of the house has a bath.

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area belonging to Capdepera, with one of the best beaches in the area and all needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The golf course is about 7 km away. Finally we recommend you visit the Caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel.
