Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access from the building to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

87 m² accommodation furnished with taste and modern, with panoramic views of the sea and bay.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning and heating by heat pump, seasonal community swimming pool, 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 2 Smart TV televisions, hairdryer, iron and garage in the same building.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

- Check out before 11:00h

Lovely apartment in need of a new couch and proper carpark access.

The apartment view is spectacular. The location is great, right on the beach. The quality of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen etc were all really good. Both bedrooms have a full sea view. The extra facilities in the apartment were good, e.g. there was a clothes horse to dry clothes, a beach umbrella. The big couch was hard. Very uncomfortably hard. It needs to be replaced. We booked this place as it had parking for our car. But we were not given the correct electronic key to access the carpark. We were assured at check in (which is not located in the building) that the carpark would open with one of the non-electronic keys we were given. It did not. We spent 2 hours outside the apartment after we arrived at 12.30 am trying to get into the car park. We tried everything. We even went back to the booking office where we collected the keys and were again assured we had the correct key. We eventually followed another resident into the carpark and he showed us his electronic key fob which opens the gate. We had not been given one at check in. Went back to the booking office the next day and they weren't even aware that the carpark could now only be accessed using this type of electronic fob. We were offered carparking in another location which was on the strip and way way too dodgy to bring kids and suitcases to.

L'alloggio aveva ogni confort,praticamente tutto quello che hai a casa tua lo trovi lì,la posizione eccellente praticamente sul mare,un mare spettacolare,posto vivace e movimentato ad ogni ora,ma mai fastidioso. Supermercati nelle vicinanze,tutto molto bello Non ho gradito l'aver trovato lenzuola non sporche ma macchiate,e il letto con i cuscini erano scomodi,per il resto vale veramente la pena andarci.
