This high quality 2 bedroomed apartment is in the fifth floor of the luxury complex of Aquamar with stunning marina & sea views. The convenient location gives immediate access to the quieter end of the marina, restaurants, shops nightlife and also to the long and sandy falésia beach which is a 5 minutes stroll away. The designer kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning throughout. All the rooms have private patio access to the balcony. the condominium has 24 hours security and Wifi throughout the communal areas.

Kitchen: Electric hob, oven/ grill, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, hand blender, iron and ironing board and expresso coffee machine.

Lounge/ Dinning area: Cable TV and DVD, Chaise Longue sofa bed, dining table with 6 leather chairs, balcony.

Bedroom: 1x double bed, en-suite with jacuzzi bath with integral shower, air conditioning, balcony.

Bedroom: 2x single beds, air conditioning, balcony.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with italian shower.

Balcony: 2 x sun loungers and 4x chairs and table, sea, marina and pool view.

Amazing apartment - lots of space, well equipped, and great views! In a slightly quieter part of the Marina - but just a short walk away from all the bars and restaurants. Well managed with great communications from the team. A fabulous stay!

Surprisingly good

I knew the area well from previous stays, but this property was a great base, particularly off season and when the weather wasn’t great. Very impressed by standard of property and management process.

Beautiful apartment

Firstly Thank-you for having us 😍 Gorgeous apartment with everything you could ask for , spacious kitchen good utensils and crockery and glasses The apartment itself was spotless and check in went smoothly , we were greeted at the apartment by a rep who showed us everything we needed to know inside and left details if we needed any help Location is perfect , pool great and plenty of beds Beautiful little supermarket on site Pool towels can be rented for the week and they also arranged our taxi pickups to and from airport for an extra charge with our lovely driver Victor Little welcome pack on arrival was perfect touch and we loved the wine Thankyou Just loved the whole holiday due to having this gorgeous spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the marina which gets the sun intensely late afternoon and the added bonus of having sun beds there . We will definitely book with you again Thankyou so much

Advertised as a luxury and high quality apartment and priced as such, we were very disappointed. There were just too many things that did not justify the very steep price.The balcony was dirty with broken things lying around. The table outside was too small to accomodate 4 people - the 4 chairs don't fit.The lounges outside are so old and dirty that you don't want to get close to them.There is a bucket that fills with the water from the air conditioning inside. This bucket has to be emptied daily otherwise the balcony will be flooded. Because of water dripping from the apartment above there still is some flooding on the balcony anyways. The blinds on the balcony can not be lowered. It was said this is due to building regulations. But it means that it is getting very hot on the balcony in the afternoon.In the living room the air conditioning was leaking onto the living room floor and had to be fixed twice.The air conditioner in one bedroom was not cooling. This one was replaced after our complaint.Basic things in the kitchen were missing. No swirl, rusty knifes, no kitchen paper, not 4 matching water glasses.Cleaning in the middle of our 10-day stay had to be requested. Toiletries and toilet paper was not replaced.Even for half the price we paid, the apartment would be a disappointment.
