Attention, tapage nocturne tous les soirs jusqu'à 5h du matin. Une bonne paire de protections auditives attenue le bruit mais je déconseilles pour des familles ou des dormeurs légers.Emplacement bien situé dans Lisbonne. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Logement très propre et agréable.

Ideal for Barrio Alto

Your steps from bakeries and wine and bars are right at the entrance whether you want club music fádo or an Irish pub. Mirror steps down the hill to the 28E which you can pick up right at Le Consulat after grabbing famous pastel de nata and a cappuccino at Manteigaria, or Anthony Bourdain’s favorite pork sandwich at O’ Trevo. A perfect place in the center of barrio Alto.

Weekend in Lisboa

Great apartment to stay right in the middle of the action. Walking around town was a breeze and the location is central to many attractions. Great time!!

Très bonne expérience

L’appartement était très sympa et propre. Très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent être au coeur du Lisbonne festif, même si c’est forcement un peu bruyant. Quelques petites notes négatives sans gravité : - manque de vaisselle/ustensiles de cuisine pour un une capacité si grande (1 seule poêle pour 7 personnes) - il manquait une parure de linge de lit et de linge de bain qui nous a manqué pour la 1e nuit… - des travaux importants pendant notre séjour étaient réalisés dans l’immeuble et ont engendré des dégâts un peu impressionnants au niveau du plancher de la cuisine.

Schöne Wohnung in Lebhafter Gegend

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Allerdings war die Ausstattung der Wohnung teilweise nicht wie beschrieben, und einige dinge waren auch defekt (z.B. Dusche, Spühlmaschine hat nicht richtig gesäubert) Draußen ist es bis ca. 5-6 Uhr in der Früh sehr laut. Nichts für Familien. Trotzdem sehr gut, dass man so hebtral ist

Passez votre chemin

Appartement géré par une conciergerie. À notre arrivée nous nous apercevons que la pression d’eau dans les douches est vraiment très faible. La conciergerie nous demande une vidéo preuve. Un technicien est intervenu que le lendemain après midi. Bons dormeurs, passez votre chemin, la cage d’escaliers est infestés d’ivrognes en train de de cuver toutes les nuits. Je vous laisse imaginer l’état de la cage d’escalier et l’odeur le matin. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Great central location

The property management team is real helpful. We had an issue with the cleanliness and functionality of one of the bathrooms and it was taken care of within 24 hours. Additionally, when we needed a second key, they are conveniently open until 11:30pm, so we could get the key quiet efficiently. This apartment is very centrally located with two large bathrooms, lots of windows for beautiful light and view and GREAT air conditioning. On the flip side, the apartment in a district full of bars and people partying all night long. I read other reviews that said as much and thought maybe those people were very sensitive or whatever but TRULY the noise is loud and constant until between 3-5am. All of us, even the teenagers who sleep like the dead, needed earplugs to sleep. So if sleeping with earplugs and walking up 5 flights is okay for you, this is a great choice.

Nice Apartment in a Noisy Neighborhood

The property was perfect size for the four of us and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, towels were soft and large, and lots of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and nice appliances. The challenge we had was the apartment was located on the fourth floor and there wasn’t an elevator. That made it difficult for one of our party members who had COPD. I also failed to do my do my homework about the various bars below us that were partying it up until 2:30 to 3:00 in the morning. And the youth hostel that were up until 5:00am. However, the little markets were close and across the Main Street were wonderful restaurants and a park the overlooked the city of Lisbon.
