Great location to be able to get around to a number of sites. Disappointed that there was no outdoor furniture as indicated in the pictures and that a fan never showed up. Overall a good place in great location.

Communication with the host (a management company) is easy and quick. they reply promptly. The apartment is ideally located. I can't stress this enough for newcomers in Lisbon: the location is central, most things can be done by foot, public transports are nearby. rua Augusta is 1-2 minutes away, which means it's a lively (if busy) neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, shops, things to see and do. There are grocery stores 5-10 minutes away on foot. You're literally close to everything, but the street itself is quiet and calm.the apartment is on the 5th floor, but there's an elevator. The apartment is large, with two full bedrooms, a decent living room, a small dining area with room for 4 people, and a small but complete kitchen. It's old, so the floors are hardwood and ca make noises when you walk, but it's been renovated and is very clean. The slanted roof takes away some interior space, but not enough to be a bother and it does give you access to the great roof balcony. From there you can see the Tage river, and part of the city skyline, plus chill after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our evenings there. The fridge is small but that's to be expected in Europe. There's a dishwasher. The bathroom is large enough and everything works well. the host provides a starter pack of soap, dishsoap, etc. The towels are clean and in sufficient number. There are two AC heads and they work well. This has been a great stay!

Baixa / Chiado

The apartment covered all the bases. It was clean, in an excellent neighborhood, all the appliances worked and safe. The team at Feels Like Home were helpful in every way possible. The Baixa /Chiado metro stop is just a few yards away from the front door of the building so it is very convenient. Many thanks for a great stay.

Great location; a bit crammed

Great location; decent views, comfortable apartment, but it would be good to improve the entry process- electronic access is helpful so a family doesn't have to rely on 1 key; bathroom door height would ideally be 3" higher - watch your head! Pictures accurately show the unit.

The “host,” sent me a WhatsApp of the wrong code to use for the key lockbox. When we arrived and tried the code, it didn’t work. A kind stranger that owned an apartment upstairs knew the owner of the property’s phone number and called him to ask if he knew the code. He didn’t. So both of them were calling the host company several times to ask for the code and no one was answering. (I didn’t have WiFi) Then I saw their company truck so I ran after it to see if he could help. He had no idea what to do. After an hour of that the property company finally called me and acted like I was stupid and I wasn’t seeing his new message as though it was old, DELETED the WhatsApp message of the original code he sent, and sent me a new one. When we got into the place, there was a dirty rag at the front door. When I showered, the drain was clogged so the water pooled at my feet and seeped out onto the floor. The mattress was clearly over 10 years old and the springs were digging into my back. There were tiny cockroaches in the kitchen, and all the cleaning supplies were just on the floor in this alcove in the kitchen. Obviously I’d recommend not booking this stay. And I’d love a refund because this was a terrible experience that wasn’t worth the money at all. There needs to be more diligence within this company. At bare minimum, you should change the stock message sent to everyone with the correct lockbox code when you change it. Oh and get new mattresses. Don’t rely on a rooftop patio.

Picture lies

Location could not have been better. Space was clean, but did not look like the photos. The space appears to be managed by a large manager company that has little customer service. If you do rent this space, ask your Uber driver to go to George’s Public House as space is hard to find.

Property Review

Overall disappointed with the stay and property. Property did match what was shown and described in online photographs. Property was old and outdated. Shower did not work the whole time we were there. Communicated this to the property owner and he had us try several different things to get the shower to work, but nothing helped. So could not shower for two days. Minimal to poor amenities. Way overpriced. Would certainly not recommend.

perfect location

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building on a quiet street steps away from the Biaxa-Chiado Metro station. There's an elevator, so don't worry about having to lug your bags up. The roof top balcony was wonderful. You can see the water from there. There were a couple of mechanical problems with the apartment: the external air conditioning unit rumbled against the roof in the small bedroom. They came over twice to fix it. The bathroom doesn't latch. Other than that the apartment is great.

Good location

We were a family of four with 2 teenagers, we stayed for three nights. The apartment was small and basic. There were four of us , so we knew it would be a tight fit but all we wanted was a place to shower and sleep after a busy day so it worked out fine for us. The location was good close to restaurants, shops, attractions , transport. The apartment would suit maybe a couple or two friends , over three people and it's crowded. The roof balcony is unusual , three people could lounge there comfortably but it is not suited to chairs and tables more bean bags and blankets. The only issues we had was the kitchen was really small and IF you were planning to eat in or self cater it would be quite a challenge preparing a meal. One of the legs on the chair wa broke as was the lock on a door leading to the balcony. Over all it was good for what we wanted, though it would not have suited a long term stay for us, The location was its best feature.

Tolle Lage, mäßiger Wohnkomfort.

Positiv: Die Lage ist überragend. Mitten in der Stadt. U- Bahnhof 50 m entfernt. Viele Hotspots fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Dachterrasse.
