The Best Location Ever!!

We all commented on how this was the best vacation we have had in years! The unit was just perfect! The location was just unbelievable. We definitely want to come back every year going forward! Stephanie is the best host that I have dealt with in a long time!

Great house & location

We were in town for a wedding. The house is in a great location - close to town, beach and in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kids enjoyed the pool as well!

The property is in a great location, close to everything and very safe. It lacked some kitchen supplies, the pool was not heated as was described in the listing, some things did not work ( lights, fans, garbage disposal). The pros and cons outweighed each other, we would consider going again.

Sister's Wedding weekend

It was a perfect place for all our family to come together and stay (from 3 different lications) and have our nice rooms, bathrooms and house. We appreciated the Outriggers next door with the pool and hot tub, along with the beach so close by. We hope to come back to stay another time also.

Great vacation

The house exceeded my expectations. Parking was generous and since we were on motorcycles we really appreciated the gated community. Restaurant right across from the house which was very convenient! Excellent experience!

Perfect

Great rental for our visit to New Smyrna Beach. Loved the location, on site restaurant and pool that were all close by. Comfy bed in master bedroom.

This property was right across from Outriggers and we had the best time. We brought our boat and kept it at the marina too. We come back to this property every year!

Condo home was great, perfect location on the intercostal waterway. 20 minute walk to ocean and beach area. Many excellent restaurants within very short drive. We love this area!

Perfect Location

This house was the perfect location! Only steps away from Outriggers and private pool, yet quiet once inside the house. Also only a 5 minute drive to all the main spots on Flagler Ave & beach.

Family Vacation

Property has a lot of high end features and is located right next to the marina and Outriggers Bar & Grill. The pool area was nice and very relaxing. We had some issues with the dishwasher not working and a few other other mishaps which we reported right away. They were very attentive and really tried to assist us in every way possible. There’s a lot of bugs so you want to bring bug spray! All in all we will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous! Simply lovely. The grounds were beautiful, the patios are relaxing.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful property well decorated and spacious. The well maintained grounds are lush with plant life. Quiet gated community steps away from beautiful Views at the Marina and Restaurant. If your planning on hitting the beach I recommend renting a cart to drive you right on the sand. The rental doesn’t include one but the owners should consider adding it to the unit to make the stay complete. Highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

Great Location!

This was our second year staying at this property and we plan on coming back again. It's a perfect location, close to the beach and right on the intercostal waterway. Close to many restaurants and watering holes. New Smyrna Beach is just a great area for fun and recreation.

We had a wonderful experience at this property!

Everything about our stay was just perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful place. Loved doing my morning run to the beach (1.4 miles) The grounds are all so lush and we enjoyed having the pool and Outriggers just steps away.

Close to Everything

Really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location close to area restaurants, bars and shopping. Rental was clean and well appointed. Property manager attended to any requests we had in a prompt manner. Looking forward to returning!

We LOVED staying here!!

This was such a beautiful home! We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to visiting again. The location was wonderful and the home exactly as described. One of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we visit new Smyrna Beach quite often.
