Apartment with private access located near the center of the village Coldirodi with many services available like Banks, Poste Office, supermarkets, churches, restaurants etc.
From the main square of the village there is a bus stop leaving every hour, during summer, direct to the seaside and Sanremo.
At the street level there is a room for storing bikes. On the first floor there is a fully equiped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double-bed and a single bed, the other with two single beds. On the third floor there is another accommodation which shares the stairs of the house. The area where the apartment is located is particularly attractive for the close presence of the sea and mountains for walking paths and a cycling path along the seaside of about 30km long, but also for the presence of numerous sites of historical and artistic interest. In the apartment there is not lift and it is not suitable for people who use wheelchairs or have difficulty climbing stairs.
