We had a great stay at Eric’s home. It was clean, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood very close to Main Street, shopping and the waterfront. The home was stocked thoughtfully with anything we might need. Finding a great place that allowed 2 dogs was amazing-even supplied a large crate with blankets, pads for floor of crate, etc.,in a cozy spot in the house. Eric responded quickly to questions - everything was great.

Excellent experience! Great location with an easy walk to downtown Grand Haven (with lots of fun stuff to do there!). The upstairs bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all great.

Beautiful house with lots of charm and character! The location was perfect so as to walk to restaurants, Musical Fountain, and the boardwalk. The hosts were fabulous! Five stars all the way! Hope to return very soon!

We had a great time. Eric & Susan are excellent hosts. The apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable home with plenty of room for me, my husband and our dog. We were close to town so could walk everywhere and parking was easy. Will definitely return.

Very quaint home. Reminded me of staying in the grandparents farm house. Kitchen is well appointed. Could use a toaster. Beds were very comfortable. No idea how they got a king mattress up the stairs. The stairs are steep and narrow, recommend caution. For the second bedroom bring your hangers. Location was perfect. Two blocks and you are in downtown Grand Haven. Did not use the backyard much but it worked for those few times the dogs wanted to romp. Even though the owners live in the lower part of the house, you don't know they are there. This home worked perfectly for us!!

Very nice rental unit. Clean, has all the necessary amenities. Owners are very courteous and friendly. Very close to downtown and the beach. Would highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Best Stay Ever!

Eric and Sue were so amazing. It felt as if we'd known them forever. Thanks to Sue, we were introduced to Holland, MI. This was totally not expected; however, so appreciated. Holland is such a beautiful place, and seeing that I've always wanted to visit Switzerland, this made our trip that much more enjoyable. We really appreciate the both of them. Also, we can't forget their handsome, 4-legged son Cody/Kodi. Im not sure of the spelling. (Sorry) He is absolutely adorable. Our little guy, on the other hand, was not so nice. Thank you, Eric and Sue!

Cute and cozy very nice property

The property was very clean. The living room was very cozy and all the kitchen appliances worked well. The decorations were very cute and lended to the cozy feel of the place. Though my husband and I are both tall the shower head was the perfect hight. Would stay again. 5 out of 5shower

Short trip to Grand Haven

Eric and Susan helped make our stay delightful. We were in town for a meeting, and wanted to be close to our venue as well as close to downtown. The location was perfect. The place was clean and exactly like the photos. Check in and out was easy, and as no one was there immediately before or after, they gave us extra time on both ends. We definitely would consider staying there again.

Amazing hosts!

We loved staying at this property! It literally was perfect. Eric and Susan are so kind and such great people! My dog got to play with their dog Codi! Susan paid for my car not to get towed when we were at the beach! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We definitely want to stay here again!!!

This is a cute and comfy place within walking distance to downtown Grand Haven and Grand Haven State Park. We love staying here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love sitting on the front porch and enjoying the privacy of our back yard. On the south side of the property there is a brick office building, on the west side is their parking lot and a vacation rental to the north. We are very fortunate.
We live in the lower level and enjoy meeting our guest and being part of making the vacation memorable.
