On the ground floor, you will find a generous living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV and hi-fi system, with direct access to the terrace. A separate dining room features a dining table, a TV, and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen, which also includes a TV, opens directly onto the garden and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor. The upper floor accommodates all 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed of 160 cm and is served by a private bath and WC, also equipped with a TV. The second and third bedrooms each offer 1 French bed of 160 cm and are each served by a private shower and WC. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each contain 2 beds and are each served by a private shower and WC.
