Located in the popular Aldeia do Golf complex of Vilamoura, this newly remodeled 2 bedroom traditional Algarvian style villa has been tastefully furnished. The villa is all on one level and very spacious with air-conditioning throughout and there is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette with patio doors with direct access on to the wrap around terrace that is bathed in the sun all day. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk in showers.

The terrace with sun umbrella includes BBQ and an outside dining area. There is a roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and table with two chairs.

On the complex is an adult and children's pool. There is a small supermarket and coffee shop. This villa is very well located just few minutes from the famous golf courses and in Old Course.

The tourist train stops outside and can take you on a tour of Vilamoura or directly to the beach. The marina and beach are 5 minutes by car and there is a local bus service that frequently stops in front of the complex.

Kitchenette: Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (capsules), iron/ironing board.

Lounge/dining room: settee, 2 lounge chairs,dining table with 4 chairs, LCD TV, cabe tc, air conditioning, access to the terraces.

Bedroom: twin beds, ensuite with walk in shower, air conditioning.

Outside areas: private terrace with table and chairs, BBQ, 2 sun loungers and sun unbrella.

Great villa, very clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. It was good that there was two bathrooms. The roof terrace was great, a real suntrap. The surrounding area was very quiet and a Spar shop and cafe just a short walk away.

First time in Vilamoura

The accommodation was good for 4 people very clean an it was nice to be met at the villa. The dumbed cushions were a bit tatty and were replaced quickly when I reported them. Overall we liked the billa and would use it again

Eine ruhige Anlage mit kleinen Häusern, die beidseitig mit ebenerdigen Terrassen, sowie Dachterrasse ausgestattet sind. Alles sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Küche war optimal ausgestattet mit recht neuen Geräten und sehr sauberen Utensilien. Zu der Anlage gehört ein Pool, welcher mit liegen und Sonnenschirmen umgeben ist. Für kleine Kinder gibt es noch eine extra niedriges Becken. Dort ist auch ein Indisches Restaurant und ebenfalls in der Anlage findet man einen kleinen Spar Markt mit angeschlossenem Café, wo man zu günstigen Preisen frühstücken kann. Dort treffen sich Einheimische und Touristen. Von der Anlage ist man schnell und unkompliziert an verschiedenen Stränden und Orten. Großer Supermarkt ist auch nur 2 Autominuten entfernt. Die Begrüßung, Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation lief auch sehr einfach und freundlich! Einziges Manko waren die sehr weichen Matratzen ( nicht alt und durchgelegen - einfach sehr weich ! )

We had great stay accommodation was great the staff were friendly and helpful the only small issue we had was on departure at 7.30am the security gate was closed and we had been told to leave keys which had fob to open it so we had to wait on someone else leaving and opening the gate for us

Une maison très calme

Nous étions déjà venus à Vilamoura et nous avons apprécié cet endroit très calme. La maison est charmante, en particulièrement son toi terrasse. En revanche, il y avait une erreur dans l'annonce, il n'y avait pas de machine à laver le linge, grosse surprise quand on voyage pour de nombreuses semaines

Clever Details is management company based in Vilamoura, our office is near the casino. We have available a 24h emergency number. All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
The client must have a minimum age of 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.
