Comfortable, inviting apartment in great location

We couldn't have been happier with this well-located apartment in Palermo, near cafés, restaurants, bars, and parks, including the Botanical Garden. We enjoyed having coffee or wine on the little balcony and watching the life of the neighborhood below. The rooms were comfortable and clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. This was the perfect base for our forays into the city. Great stay!

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment at the end of February for 5 nights. We had a great time, great neighborhood, great food nearby, lots of shopping and convenient to the metro. The pictures don't even do the apt justice, it's really big and well air conditioned and lots of closets, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good linens and Martin was great. He greeted us, took our deposit and then was available by cell as we needed him and later came back as arranged to return our deposit. We'll go back to Buenos aires and hope we can stay here again.

Convenient and cozy apartment

This apartment is conveniently located in Palermo, near Recoleta. The neighborhood is fairly quiet with a grocery store and various other restaurants and shops a short walk away. The apartment itself is well taken care of and pretty spacious. In my opinion, it should be advertised as a 2 bedroom or at best 2.5 bedroom. The wifi only works well if you are in the bedroom where the router is located, if you want to use it out in the living or dining room, it does not really work. Martin was very thorough in walking us through all the details. The kitchen is well stock with all the appliances and cooking supplies you need. The washing machine was nice to have as well!

Lovely place in a lovely location

This apartment is located in an ideal section of Palermo-a beautiful neighborhood with nearby parks. Bruce reaches out to us with very helpful information prior to our arrival. Martin was incredibly warm and accommodating, even helping arrange a taxi for my airport return. I would definitely stay there again!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

We stayed here for 11 nights in April. Location is fantastic in a residential area 1 street from a major subway line and major bus lines on Santa Fe Avenue. We very much enjoyed our stay here. In the area were supermarkets, corner stores, restaurants, cafes, malls, and lots of parks. Palermo Soho where major parrillas are located as well as bars and clubs is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The apartment is very user friendly and comfortable. Everything works and everything you need is contained inside. Also the apartment is very secure and the area is very safe. When you book please ask that the apartment be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. We absolutely would stay in this apartment again.

Great location, a little noisy

An attractive, comfortable property. Good beds and long distance to US and Canada was a bonus (as was Netflix). The building was secure but be careful negotiating the sidewalks - lovely old trees whose roots have broken the tiles and make walking treacherous. Also beware dog poo. This is an incredibly dog-friendly area and there are lots of them barking. The owner was very responsive to questions and had a book with useful information. He also provided adapters that made it convenient to charge North American phones and tablets. The place is close to parks, shopping, grocery stores and the subway, and taxis are not expensive in BA. Would definitely recommend.

Comfy Apartment ~ Great Location!

Our family of 4 (My husband & I, along with our 9 & 12 year old boys) loved our stay of 4 weeks in Nov/Dec 2017 in this "Comfy" Palermo Apartment! The owners of this adorable apartment (and the Apartment manager, Martin) have gone out of their way to make sure their guests have a great stay. They spent quality time to make sure that we had all that we needed in the apartment, as well as, a notebook filled with their favorite things to do in the city - which I have to say rivals the guide books available - such a nice touch! The Apartment feels much larger than it actually is - plenty of room for a family of 4 to stretch out and relax. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need (fully stocked), and the office is setup with a VOIP phone & printer. The neighborhood is great, too. There is a subway stop and a large mall just a couple of blocks away, There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, parks, and groceries within a few blocks, as well. We loved our stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in Buenos Aires

My husband and I and another couple spent a wonderful 10 days at this apartment in Buenos Aires. The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious with a lovely little balcony, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are lots of guide books and personal suggestions on things to see and do and places to eat from the owner. There is a new LG front loading washer which we took advantage of numerous times and while there is no dryer, there are plenty of drying racks. We were met upon arrival by the local property manager and he answered all questions and helped us get situated. Our entire experience here was excellent and we would recommend this property. If we are lucky enough to find ourselves in Buenos Aires again, we would happily stay here.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires

The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly located in the Palermo neighborhood, near metro, shops, supermarket, restaurants, high-end mall, etc. I stayed there for three weeks in July with my wife and children (ages 8 and 11), and it served us very well. I have relatives and friends in the capital and was able to invite them over for dinner several times. Owner was very responsive, as was his local manager. I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a convenient and well-equipped place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Summer in Buenos Aires

Just a quick note to let you know that the whole experience with renting your condo went smoothly. I have to admit that was a bit leery at first but I'm glad we took the risk. Your condo is wonderfully located and very comfortable, the only regret I have is not being able to stay longer. If I make it back to BA I'll be sure to contact you first for accommodations. By the way Martin is a good guy, he is punctual, addressed our concerns and gave us some good advice about the local areas.

Excellent location and elegant arrangements for low price!

We recently stayed at this apartment with a group of five adult friends. We found the apartment extremely satisfying for our needs. It was neat, comfortable, spacious, and fun. We love the location. It was very close to the subte (train) and central to all walking tourist destinations. Our dealing with the owner and manager were excellent as well. They are both very kind and accommodating. They even provided books of suggestions for our trip. We would recommend this apartment to anyone!

3 weeks in Palermo - Excellent Stay

I stayed in this property for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. The location was excellent, close to Starbucks, Shopping, Metro, and Parks. The apartment itself is very nice, well equipped and spacious. I was very pleased with the office that is set up, I was able to communicate with the US easily, fax/print documents and the WiFi signal was strong.

My husband, adult children, and I spent one week in this apartment in May. We had a wonderful time and the apartment was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. The weather was somewhat cool when we were there so it was very nice walking around, and we did a lot of that. Close to several lovely parks. Arenales is a great street to just walk, it will take you all the way to Avenida 9 de Julio. We found ourselves going back to La Pharmacia to eat regularly, it was so good. And if you don't speak Spanish very well, they actually have their menus in English too, and they are very friendly. Don't waste your time or money at La Payuca. Martin was very helpful, the whole experience at the apartment was positive. The internet phone to the U.S. was particularly nice to keep in touch. Even though there were five of us, we always felt like we had some space if we needed it. Just a short distance to a grocery store, and lots of options for eating out. I would definitely go back.

Great Palermo location to experience the Porteño lifestyle

We just returned from spending two weeks in Buenos Aires and couldn’t have chosen a better vacation rental in Buenos Aires. Bruce & Tom have created a space of comfort and elegant simplicity that beckons its visitors to experience Buenos Aires as an adopted Porteño. The condos corner location and art deco architecture allow plenty of sunlight to flow into the merging of modern décor with original artwork and classic hardwood floors. The Palermo location places the visitor in a residential neighborhood dotted with all the necessities of the Porteño lifestyle, - cafes, panderias, gourmet food shops, restaurants, parks, museums, salons, lavendarias, fruit and vegetable stands and is just a few blocks from the Green line of the Subte which runs parallel to Santa Fe Avenue a main artery for another favorite Porteño pastime (shopping)! The condo is well equipped with helpful travel guides and personal and guest recommendations and if one is inspired to blaze their own path toward discovery the fast internet access is extremely helpful for gathering information. If you need to connect with family, friends or work the free international phone line is a true gift and enabled us to surprise my parents who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Montreal! The kitchen is well equipped and allows those that have a culinary passion to enjoy the allure of the cities market culture and great wine shops. Martin is a kind and welcoming and served as our BA local liaison. He welcomed and oriented us and stepped in with invaluable information and expertise in making our experience in Palermo the best that it could be! Buenos Aires exceeded all of our expectations and we are certain to return to this memorable city and to the condo that became our Porteño home. Thank you Martin, Bruce and Tom for setting the stage for an unforgettable experience!

FANTASTICO! FABULOSO!

This well located, clean, safe, modern but excellent period details, apartment is a complete find! The owners and on-site manager are extremely helpful Shopping and varied wonderful restaurants are all within walking distance. The bus and ¨subte¨ (subway) are both 2 minutes walk away! The laundry facilities in the apartment are a huge plus, the water is hot and the kitchen has everything you might need! We will look forward to returning to Buenos Aires if we can stay here again!

Mt family of 5 stayed in ...

Mt family of 5 stayed in Bruce's apartment for 4 nights. It is fantastic, great location, modern quality furnishings, very comfortable beds and everything provided for an enjoyable stay. I have stayed in 2 other rental apartments in BA and this is by far the best. In addition to the apartment itself, Bruce responded very promptly to my inquiries and everything went extremely smoothly with being let into the apartment, checkout and paying. We will definitely try to stay here again when back in Buenos Aires.

One of the best decisions...

One of the best decisions we made on our fantastic trip to BsAs was staying at this apartment. Being my first time renting an apartment like this (instead of staying in a hotel) I was a little nervous, but everyone involved was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We were a group of four friends and it was perfect for us and our needs; separate rooms, a functional kitchen, and nice common areas. The building is conveniently located, well-kept and quiet. The apartment itself is plenty spacious, with lots of light, quality furnishings, and it also has all of the little things of which you might find yourself in need (i.e. wine glasses, a hair dryer, a few extra electrical converters, etc.) I particularly appreciated that it has plenty of hot water & water pressure, as well as two phones: one for local calls and one for US calls For all of the great things we saw and did in the city, one of my favorite memories is coming back to the apartment every day in the late afternoon, all of us grabbing a snack and a glass of wine and sitting around in the living room chatting, or out on the patio watching the sunset. The apartment was perfect particularly for that time of day, before we took our naps and then went out to dinner & wherever else our BsAs evening took us...

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks in late May and early June 2008. The furnishings, location and amenities were all as advertised -- very comfortable and satisfactory. The owner's restaurant and entertainment suggestions were very useful, and he also gave us great guidance for trips which we made outside Buenos Aires, using the apartment as a base. We highly recommend the apartment.

We stayed in this lovely ...

We stayed in this lovely and convenient apartment for 2 weeks in March, 2008. The balcony is perfect for watching the hustle and bustle of this very interesting Latin American city. The location is excellent, safe, close to subway, and taxis. Many attractions, shopping and restaurants are within an easy walk. The US phone and other technology was very convenient, shortening the virtual distance to home and business. The apartment is well appointed, with all the conveniences. The storehouse of local information compiled by the owners helped us pick and choose those attractions and restaurants of interest to us. We felt so at home in this warm and inviting environment. We highly recommend it to others.

We spent mid-October to ...

We spent mid-October to mid-November here and commented every day on our good fortune in finding such a great location and delightful apartment. The location was perfect for exploration of Buenos Aires--on a beautiful residential street lined with huge, shady sycamore trees; 2-3 blocks from everything--Palermo's wonderful parks, the Subte station, huge indoor shopping center,shops of all kinds, great restaurants. Whenever we returned from our explorations and emerged from the Subte station, we felt like we were home. The apartment is newly and very nicely decorated,great kitchen,nice sized living room and dining area, very comfortable bedrooms and beds,a nice balcony where we had leisurely breakfasts and watched neighborhood life. There were just two of us the first two weeks, then we were joined by our son,daughter-in-law and 8 year old granddaughter and it worked wonderfully for us. The owners and resident manager are very accommodating and excellent to work with. We hope to return to BA for more visits and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

The condo's location is perfect for exploring Buenos Aires. It's near many of the most interesting neighborhoods (Recoleta, Barrio Norte, Palermo Soho, Palermo Viejo & Palermo Hollywood). It's not only close to many fine parks but is near the city's best subway line, the subte D. It's also walking distance to many great museums. The city's many tree-lined streets are a delight to walk.

The apartment is large, bright and comfortable with modern furnishings, great artwork and fun decor. Has a great layout, offers incredible privacy by occupying the an entire floor and it's in a great location. Apartment's amenities allow guests to get some work done as well as enjoy their vacation.
