Both the living room and one of the double bedrooms have access to a balcony. There are two large double bedrooms on the main level, each fitted with a double bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with a toilet is also located on this level.
