The main living room measures 25 square meters and is equipped with a digital TV and a flat-screen display. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a dining table. Both the living room and one of the double bedrooms have access to a balcony. There are two large double bedrooms on the main level, each fitted with a double bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with a toilet is also located on this level.
