The truth is the place looked great. Loved the location. Great if you want to be near Neve Tzedek and the Shuk.The problem I had was the place had issues that were not dealt with from a plumbing standpoint. And from an appliance standpoint. The drain and piping under our sink in the master bathroom weren't attached and leaked all over the floor, wetting many towels. They sent someone quickly to fix it but that person somehow left an entire trail of plaster and dirt all around the apartment and into our hallway. We had to clean it up. But it was never really clean after that. Then, when we used the shower in the master bath, it was a flat-top shower that was fully cracked on a full side and the water shot out sideways and from the top spraying the entire bathroom and wetting all the towels and clothing that we piled on the sink to wear after the shower. When we tried to wash and dry everything that got wet, the dryer did not work, leaving everything soaked. We essentially ran out of clean, dry towels and could only half-dry our clothing on the balcony before moving to the next location.I did try to work something out with the management company but their only response is to apologize and say no.Not the most friendly or caring managment team. The reality is all those items had to have been broken before we arrived. If they had fixed them before and acted more caring, it would have been a great place.
