The property sits within a fully fenced plot of 500 m², ensuring complete seclusion and peace of mind throughout your stay. A generously sized heated swimming pool of 44 m², featuring an unconventional shape and a depth of 140 cm, is available for use from 01 January through 31 December, providing year-round aquatic enjoyment. Seamless connectivity is ensured through internet Wi-Fi access available throughout the house, while on-site parking accommodates up to 3 cars directly on the premises, offering convenience from the moment of your arrival.

The outdoor spaces of "Imperia" have been thoughtfully designed to encourage relaxation and al fresco living at its finest. The private, fenced grounds of 500 m² provide ample room to unwind in complete tranquillity, surrounded by the natural landscape of the Croatian countryside. The heated swimming pool, spanning 44 m² with a distinctive unconventional shape and a depth of 140 cm, is accessible via an internal staircase and invites guests to take a refreshing dip in comfort regardless of the season, given its availability from 01 January to 31 December. An outdoor shower is conveniently positioned nearby, allowing for easy rinsing after a swim. Garden furniture is provided throughout the exterior spaces, creating welcoming areas to relax, dine, and socialise in the open air. A barbecue facility is also available, perfect for preparing leisurely outdoor meals while enjoying the warmth and atmosphere of the surrounding environment.

The house is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, ensuring practical convenience for longer stays. Motor access to the property is available via an unmade road of approximately 20 m. Please be aware that groups of young people are required to provide a double deposit upon arrival. The heated swimming pool is available as an extra service. The property was built in 2019 and spans 2 storeys, reflecting a modern standard of construction and design suited to a comfortable and contemporary stay.

This beautifully appointed vacation rental spans 220 m2 across 2 levels and accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 40 m2 serves as the heart of the home, featuring a double sofabed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, ideal for additional guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A first bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and includes a private shower and WC. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience. The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms, each with direct access to a terrace. The first upper-floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and a private shower and WC. The second upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and benefits from its own private shower and WC as well as a terrace exit. The property features two outdoor terrace spaces, one of 30 m2 that is partly roofed and one of 20 m2 that is fully roofed, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs and offering a distant view of the sea.
