The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure the keys collection normally takes place at the structure, directly from the owners or at our offices in Portoferraio.
Attic studio of 35 msq, completely renovated in ethno-chic style, with wonderful sea view, excellent southern exposure and small outdoor space. It is composed of a large day-night area with a kitchen area and a dining area, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower. Our customers can enjoy a splendid and relaxing sea view from the terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The apartment has satellite TV and private parking space.

- Group of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- small pets allowed on request; garden and barbecue shared with the Serena three-room apartment
- Check-in on site from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid
