The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to ensure privacy and comfort for all occupants.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area enhanced by a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dining table, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC. On the upper floor, 2 large double bedrooms each benefit from panoramic windows.
