The real jewel of our property is spacious 70 m2 penthouse and its roof balcony with breathtaking sea view where you can't be disturbed or overlooked. It is a brand-new modern apartment, self catering, air conditioned,fully equipped, with well fitted kitchen,( microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher etc.), dining room, living area with sofa bad, separate double room and bathroom with massage bath tub, washing machine, iron, satellite TV, free Internet access (wireless). To all our dear guests arriving by plane we organize free transfer from and to airport, and for those arriving by car private secure parking.

Anuska Apartments wish you a warm welcome to Cavtat. If you are looking for quite, nice, cosy and modern holiday accommodation you are just on the right place.
Our guests can chose from 4 new modern apartments each with nice balcony or terrace where one can sit and enjoy spectacular view to Adriatic sea, red roofs of Cavtat, old town of Dubrovnik and nearby Elaphite Islands. Penthouse is on the top, and on the ground floor nice big one bedroom apartment with terrace, lawn, barbecue and sunbathing deck in the back yard.
Our apartments are self catering, air conditioned, fully equipped, with well fitted kitchen, (fridge,freezer, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven,toaster, dishwasher etc.), dining room, living area with sofa bad, separate double room and bathroom with either massage shower or massage bath tub, washing machine, iron, satellite TV, free Internet access (wireless).

To all our dear guests arriving by plane we can organize transfer from and to the airport, and for those arriving by car private secure parking.
Villa is only 500 meters walk down to a picturesque village hugging an enchanting bay fringed by palm-lined promenade with cafes, restaurants, bars and boats in beautiful clear waters. Surrounded by stunning countryside, 30 mins drive from the spectacular historical city of Dubrovnik, less than 10 mins drive to the airport , 5 mins walk from village supermarket and green market selling locally grown fresh produce, 5 mins walk from Cavtat marina and 5 star Croatia hotel where you can enjoy a drink and entertainment. You can rent a car, scooter or bike in our neighborhood . Boats leave Cavtat port very often for Dubrovnik (hourly from 09 till 23) and this beautiful 40 minutes boat ride takes you directly into the old harbour of Dubrovnik. By staying in Cavtat you avoid the constant crowds of Dubrovnik, but still you can easily reach the ancient walled city, or it's night-life, whenever you like.

Lovely quiet stay (apart from the airplanes going a lot). Quick response from host. The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything you needed for your stay. It is located at the top end of a large hill though so we had to plan our days accordingly because that hill is quite something.

Excellent little flat in Cavtat

Good points: the owner, Anuska was lovely - couldn't have been more helpful. Cavtat is a good place to stay, fun, small but pleasant beach, harbour area, and for me nicer to stay in than in Dubrovnik. Nice little balcony terrace, with great views and sunsets (unless you look at the unfinished block over the road) Aircon, washing machine, well looked after, cleaning and washing things all available, nice welcome food package. Not so good - I prefer showers to baths and with a sloping bathroom ceiling shower curtain or enclosure wasn't very practical; could have done with a few more cooking utensils and a couple of tea towels. That's about the extent of my negatives, which is pretty trivial. Thank you Anuska

Amazing time and awesome host!

Anuska is an amazing person! Very helpful and warm welcoming! She organized airport transfers for us for much less money than usual! Apartment is very clean and very modern ! It even looks better than on the pictures! Cavtat is a very nice and calm place if you want avoid crowds ! If you want to visit bigger cities like Dubrovnik you can take both: bus and boat ( which I recommend cause of the spectacular views) We will be back there one day for sure! Anuska even got us a welcoming basket! Very kind of her ! We loved everything about apartment and Cavtat! If someone is a fun of airplanes well from Anuskas place you will love the view of landing airplanes🥰

Beautiful apartment with amazing host

Trip made so easy as Anuska met us in baggage reclaim and did airport transfers and a tour of Cavtat to get our bearings. The penthouse apartment was spotless. There were many things included that made life easier - dishwasher tablets, some washing powder,washing up liquid, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar and a really nice touch was some home made apple strudel and some drinks in the fridge. For us the location was perfect. Near to a supermarket and a little restaurant that even does takeaway if you wish to eat at the apartment. It is quiet at night and because it us up the hill it has amazing views from the terrace.(it is a hill to climb but worth it) Air-conditioning is great and needed on the hot days. Bed and sofa are comfortable and the apartment soon felt a great base for our holiday. Having a bath for me was a plus....the lack of a shower screen or curtains made showering a little less easy but because of sloping roof it is a trickier place to have one. The sloping roof might be an issue for some but we loved the character it gave the rooms. We will definitely return. We loved staying in Cavtat at Anuska apartments.

Fantastic relaxing break in Cavtat.

Anuska was a lovely and accommodating host. The apartment was fantastic and clean and had everything we could possibly need. We stayed in the penthouse and had a great view of Cavtat harbour. We would gladly come back in a heartbeat and didn’t want to leave 😞 Cavtat is a lovely relaxing place and a day trip to Dubrovnik by boat was excellent too. Thanks Rob and Ellie 😊

Lovely Cavtat

Anuska was quick to respond and easy to correspond with. She picked us up from the airport (and dropped us back) and left apple strudel and quite a few unexpected goodies ( tea bags, milk, beer, bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes...) Very impressed. Biggest welcome pack I'd ever received! The apartment was exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. It is in a quiet residential area with a supermarket and one bar/restaurant down the road. As mentioned in previous reviews the town is downhill, approx 10mins away. Hard work on way up(especially if you've eaten lots!!!) The town, walks, views, restaurants and general feel of the place is stunning and I would heartily recommend Cavtat for a relaxing, unspoilt holiday destination.

Great Penthouse and host

Penthouse apt is exactly as described, extremely clean and with everything you could need. Anuska met us at the airport as arranged, took us for a coffee in the harbour, providing us with information about Cavtat and Dubrovnik which was useful. There was a welcome pack including amazing home made apple strudel waiting for us in the apartment. Location is quiet and was great for ourselves being a short walk to the centre, however may not be suitable for the less mobile, as the walk back is uphill. Thanks again Anuska.

Simply beautiful

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful Penthouse apartment for 5 days and loved everything about our trip. Everything previous reviews have said about Anuska and her apartment are true. I would just add it's the little things that made it stand out for us........ having umbrellas waiting to be used on showery days, her Coffee maker made the best coffee and on a personal note the hairdryer was excellent quality ( important to me!) Our first time in Cavtat and we loved it. It has everything we look for in a holiday destination and will definitely return and of course would love to stay at Anuska 's apartment

a lovely equiped home walking distance from town

The property was nicely furnished with everything we needed. It even had a toaster. Anushka generously supplied us with a welcome basket that was much appreciated. The apartment is on the top floor so the ceilings do slope down, but the furnishings minimized this feature.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf Cavtat und die Bucht bis Dubrovnik in der Ferne. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und hübsch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das herzliche Willkommen und die freundliche Betreuung waren sehr angenehm. Wir waren im Mai dort und konnten das schöne Wetter für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche nutzen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Anuska-Appartements können wir sehr empfehlen.

Wonderful exceptional apartment mesmerising views

We had a wonderful week in the penthouse. Anuska was a great host making our arrival/departure and transfer so straightforward and simple. Thank you for the invaluable drive around the local area and refreshments in one of the cafe bars in the village Anuska, this helped us to orientate ourselves and enjoy our holiday right from the first morning. Cavtat is a beautiful little gem of a resort. A cafe/ restaurant lined promenade with light lunch and a wine or beer coming in at at about £8 a head. Locally sourced delicious seafood, cheese and meat and many many Croatian wines on offer all fantastic quality and very reasonably priced. The sea is crystal clear warm and unbelievably tempting in the beautiful hot summer sun which shined right through until the amazing sunsets at around 9pm. We would agree with the previous comments that the walk up and down to the village centre is quite strenuous initially although after the third day our calves got used to it! We would also reiterate that the climb is well worth it for the beautiful views from the penthouse. They really are quite mesmerising and we never tired of just sitting and drinking in the view especially at the end and the beginning of the day. The apartment is absolutely immaculate, pristine and well equipped . (We didn't cook at all as there were so any super restaurants and bars!) The spa bath was a lovely addition and soothing on our tired calves and insect bites! The bed was fantastically comfortable and the little balcony was perfect for early morning and evening book reading with wine and beer! This really is a very special find and we have come straight home and started looking to rebook for next year.

Attention to detail and a friendly welcome.

I can only echo what the rest of the reviews say, a great place to spend some time in Croatia with a welcoming host. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable with a good kitchenette, perfect for a base for both walking into Cavtat and also visiting Dubrovnik as there is a bus stop 100m from the apartment. There is also a supermarket 50m away. Anuska, the owner, both picked us up and dropped us off at the apartment, a great help. The place was cleaned and towels changed regularly. The only point I would make is that if you are in any way unfit or unable to climb hills, think twice before you book. It is only a ten minute walk but coming back it's quite severely uphill. It was fine for us ( even though we are in our 50s!), but could create a problem for others. All in all a lovely place to spend time in a charming resort. John and Pauline.

Amazing penthouse apartment

We have just returned from a 4 day stay at Anuska's fabulous apartments, absolutely faultless. Anuska picked us up from the airport and took us on a tour of Cavtat before giving us wonderful refreshments on her own terrace. We had everything we could possibly need and more and Anuska was a wonderful host. We will definitely return.

Cavtat, a place for a memorable holiday

From the moment we were met at the airport, taken on a tour of the town to get our bearings and given home made refreshments we knew we were at a special place. Every contact we had during our two weeks added to our appreciation of the thoughtful kindness we received. Itincludeda birthday cake! As Anuska promised we felt it was a home from home, she made us feel very welcome The apartment is exactly as the web description,well equipped and serviced and very clean and provided with an ample range of house hold basics and a variety of treats in the fridge. We loved the location , well worth the fairly strenuous walk back from the town because theviewsfrom all the windows were stunning at any time of day and the outlook from the balcony as the sun dropped was memorable. A wide range of restaurants to suit most pockets. The best sunsets are see from the inner corner of the bay, choice of eating places. The tour operators dos good job all on time with very knowledgable guides. With invaluable help from the I office we made interconnecting bus trips too. We would certainly recommend Anuska apartments, the penthouse particularly for the quality of the accommodation. And the warmth of welcome. Cavtat is a delightful destination, the people incredibly helpful offering a more restful atmosphere than Dubrovnik but still with plenty of activities available. Hope we shall return.

Fantastic apartments & warm Croatian welcome!!

My husband, two daughters and mum stayed at Anuska Apartments in August 2014 for almost 2 weeks for our first holiday to Croatia. The apartments are beautiful, have been completed to a very high standard and are spotlessly clean. There is a large family apartment on the ground floor, a two bedroom apartment on the third floor along with a one bedroom apartment (we stayed in both of these). Then on the top floor there is a penthouse apartment which is very tastefully decorated and would suit a honeymoon couple perfectly! Anuska lives on the second floor in a beautiful apartment and is only too happy to answer any queries/questions.Anuska picked us up from the airport (which is a 5 min drive from the apartment) and she also collected my mum when she arrived for our second week. On arrival Anuska gave us a short tour of Cavtat in her car to ensure we knew how to get to the town, beach, restaurant recommendations, shops etc-this was invaluable! When we got to the apartment Anuska took us into her apartment for a welcome drink and freshly cooked apple strudel, whilst completing the paperwork. In the apartment was a welcome pack of beer, chocolate, water and juice and ice lollies for my daughters-which were really appreciated in the heat! Fresh towels and a freshly baked lemon drizzle cake was delivered mid week. The one bedroom apartment is smaller than the two bedroom but it has the same facilities and a huge shower and full size washing machine. It has a double bed and also a double fold away couch bed which is the couch in the living room/kitchen. The balcony is at the back of the building which has views of the mountains. The larger apartment sleeping 5 was also spotless clean and had everything a home from home would have. I can highly recommend Anuska apartments and my family and I will definitely be returning again!

Pleasant accommodation, with very pleasant host's

This accommodation was beyond our expectations prior to arriving here. We will start of by saying, that Ms. Anuška and Mr. Stijepo are the nicest, kindest and helpful hosts you will ever meet. They greeted us with open arms and warm hearts. They are very laid back coastal people. Upon arrival, if you have trouble finding the apartment, give Anuška a call and she will direct you. The location of the apartment is in a very good spot. A 10 minute walk to the beach through the beautiful little town of Cavtat is very pleasant. It is a small town full of happy faces and nice people. A little walk won't hurt, it is very much pleasant, a little bit of adventuring getting to and from there. + there is a supermarket around the corner. It's a minute walk. Getting around Cavtat is all within walking distance. The whole apartment inside and out is complete high standard luxury and it is very, very clean. If at any time if you need something call either Anuška or Stijepo and they will be more than happy to help. If you are travelling around by a plane, there is a airport less than 10 minutes away from here the "Dubrovnik Airport, (Čilipi Airport). Cavtat is in a very good location because both Bosnia (12km away to the nearest border) and Montenegro (20 km to border) are very close. The customer service was extremely good. We would definitely recommend this to a friend or relative, anyone any day as we were recommended to come here by our family too. Definitely coming back next time we go. Spending one day with Anuška and Stijepo will make you fell like they are your closest family or best friend. There are many things you can do whilst your at Cavtat. Things we liked and recommend to others: - Clean, nice warm beaches. - lots of organised tours around to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and islands surrounding Cavtat. - Very clean place - Something to do is to visit the whole of Konavle Region of Cavtat. It is very beautiful and green. Lot's of rich history along with it as well. - Day trip to the islands and Dubrovnik. - Visit the nice restaurants by the coast. - Some nights you can even watch live water polo. - Go to Montenegrin Coast for the day about a 10-15 minute drive to the border (don't forget your passport) - Visit Prevlaka and much much more. This is perfect for families or couples wanting to have a relaxing, great time. We miss Anuška and Stijepo a lot and their company. A very big hello from Australia :)

Wonderful apartment

The penthouse apartment was fantastic and exactly as described. Very well equipped with washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. Anuska provided free pick up and drop off at airport and a quick tour of Cavtat to orientate us. She was very welcoming and friendly but also respects your privacy (lives in same building). Apartment is in quiet area above the town with outstanding views from all windows and terrace. Towel change and cleaning provided regularly which is unusual in holiday lets and very welcome. Very easy to visit Dubrovnik and islands from here by public transport. Much nicer place to stay then Dubrovnik which is too crowded and much more expensive. This is the best holiday let I have stayed in. Anuska's service is exceptional. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We just returned from our 2 week holidays in Cavtat. We stayed in Anuska's Apartment, the one which is on the ground floor. Its is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and super equipped. Anuska's Villa is located in a nice quite street, surrounded by locals, which was great. Stijepo and Anuska made us feel really welcome, they both came to pick us up from the airport (we had 3 cases and 2 buggies and needed 2 cars to feet all of us in) and it was great, really stress free, that is what holidays should be all about. Same with departure. Stijepo was always there giving us lift if we needed. All was great. I am already planning my return next year, but for longer period.

Beautiful property and wonderful host

We have just come home from the most wonderful week in Cavtat. On arrival at the airport Anuska met us and transported us to our accomodation. There, we were welcomed into her apartment and provided with refreshments. We then got to see our apartment; which was immaculate and presented to an extremely high standard. All kitchen appliances are of the highest quality and you have everything you need. We travelled with a baby and Anuska had left us a travel cot, highchair and baby bath, which meant we had nothing to bring only her pushchair. In summary Cavtat is the most beautiful location and Anuska apartments are the perfect accomodation for couples and families alike. I cannot rate them highly enough and was sad to leave. Anuska dropped us back to the airport to catch pur return flight and we hope that it will not be too long before we can holiday there again. Thank you for everything Anuska.
