Clean, comfortable, perfect location.

The carriage house is well maintain and very spacious. We felt most welcomed by our host. With just a short walk to the beach, it is an ideal vacation rental.

Perfect vacation rental

4 of us spent the long weekend in the unit and it was absolutely perfect. Spotless, well laid out, comfy king size beds, large living space, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, great location, privacy and parking...etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay

A stylish private home with 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Short distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely come back to this place.

Perfect place for a family stay

The carriage house in Penticton is a perfect place to stay. It is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, yet it is very quiet and private. The property is very nice and has lovely outdoor seating. It is clean and spacious, with enough space for a family of four. If you're traveling with kids, there are nearby attractions such as LocoLanding Adventure Park, Splash BC Water Park, and the Penticton Museum and Heritage Park.

Great location

The property was as advertised, very clean & close to the lake. Loved the option to park in the garage during the stay. It was very hot & the air conditioning was a relief!

Wine Tour

This place is awesome. Perfectly located so you can walk to the beach, downtown, farmer's market, lots of restaurants nearby. The property is clean, quiet and very well equipped. AC in every room. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing space

The unit was very clean and well stocked. My family and I had an uncredible stay and cant suggest this rental enough for the price. Close to the beach and lots of space.

3 nights in Penticton

Amazing rental - we hit the jackpot with this one! We've stayed in a lot of rentals during our 3 month trip to Canada - this upstairs apartment was amazing. It had everything we needed including 2 spacious bedrooms with huge beds, huge kitchen, great couch & tv and of course the perfect location with a short walk to the beach. Penticton was a place we hadn't hear of before and is a great location for fun at the beach with a lovely sandy beach and plenty of attractions in the locality for the kids. We squeezed in a nice hike up to the waterfall in nearby Naramata also. The host was very accommodating and we had a nice chat with him on our departure. Highly recommended stay overall.

Excellent property in an excellent location

The carriage house is a perfect place in Penticton. It's 1.5 blocks from the beach and restaurants and is very well appointed. Mike has thought through all the things a guest would need. There is private parking in a garage below the suite along with an outdoor area for BBQ and dining/drinks. Lots of great restaurants and breweries nearby. A perfect spot.

Private, quiet space in Penticton

Well designed. Easy to make it feel like 'your own' and spread out with the open layout. Nice amenities (ie. AC!) Close to lake and downtown amenities. Easy to park and do most anything on foot.

Great location, clean and spacious place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and well organized (spacious rooms, closets). The property is in great location - can easily walk back and forth to the lake/boardwalk. The communication with the property manager was great-quick reaponses, timely updates. Would stay here again!

Large clean suite close to the lake and good restaurants

Two very comfortable king size beds, a full size kitchen well stocked with lots, pans and dishes, garage and parking pad, a nice patio with a barbeque and great AC and wifi made our stay amazing!

Great rental close to Lake Okanagan

This rental is a must for anyone looking to stay within minutes walking distance to all that Lake Okanagan has to offer. This two bedroom one bath Carriage Home is fresh and new and comes equipped with everything that you could ask for. The two king sized beds we very comfy and the kitchen was well stoked. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV are added conveniences included with this rental. There is also access to an attached single car garage to store bike, beach gear, etc. Ample parking beside the unit will fit even the tallest of vehicles and a nice outdoor seating area make this rental one that you will want to book again.
