A cozy apartment close to the sea, nature, and everything Grebbestad has to offer. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy a quieter stay in an apartment located above our garage, next to the main house. Grebbestad offers everything from peaceful walks in forests and countryside to the sea and beaches, as well as a town center with restaurants and shops.

Studio apartment with:
• 1 double bed (140 cm)
• 1 sofa bed (120 cm)
• 1 sofa bed (80 cm)

Kitchen, dining area, and bathroom with toilet and shower.

Distances:
• Approx. 800 m to the beach
• Approx. 800 m to TanumStrand (restaurants, playgrounds, beaches, indoor pool area)
• Approx. 600 m to Sportshopen (restaurant, playground, padel courts)
• Approx. 2 km to Grebbestad town center (restaurants, waterfront promenade, playgrounds, kiosks, grocery stores, liquor store, shops, nightclub during high season) Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are not included in the price.

If you would like to rent these, the following additional fees apply:
• €15 per person for bed linen
• €15 per set (bath towel and hand towel)
• €120 for cleaning

We booked this property for a couple of nights as we were doing a tour around the area and wanted to change from a hotel accommodation to an apartment to be able to cook for us. The location is very quiet and easy to find in a residential area next to the property owner who was in when we arrived. The property is all on one floor above a garage. However it is really not good enough to have missing information prior to making the booking as we would not have selected this place. We only had a comment at the bottom of the email that said: "Additional fees Please contact the property manager for information on any additional fees." The total price of an accommodation always includes bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay as standard otherwise what am I paying for? So it was a surprise to receive a message from the owner after we had booked and paid, when the booking was not refundable, to be asked to pay 15 Euros for bed linen for each person and 150 Euros if we wanted to have the place cleaned after our stay unless we wanted to clean it ourselves. I rate the communication poor for this reason, not sure if the issue is with Expedia that needs to make clear there will be extra charges and exactly what they are, or the owner that needs to add that for people to know in advance.

Trivsamt boende med bra läge!

En fin och fräsch lägenhet med bra läge som hade allt vi behövde. Toppen också med en härlig uteplats med morgonsol. Lätt kommunikation med ägaren och smidig incheckning. Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn. Kan verkligen rekommendera lägenheten!

Wunderbare Tage in Grebbestad

Sehr heimelige und gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, aber nicht weit weg von tollen touristischen Örtchen wie Grebbestad, Fijälbacka, Tanumstrand usw. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind nicht weit weg. (Auto aber erforderlich) Sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber🤗!
