This outbuilding is separate from the main house and has no neighbors directly across from it.

It is a two-room unit featuring a living room with an open-concept kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Ideal for a weekend with the family or a romantic getaway. Also perfect for attending one of the many weddings held in the surrounding castles.

A south-facing terrace with no neighbors across the way lets you enjoy lunch outdoors, have a BBQ, and sunbathe.

You can take walks around the estate and in the nearby forest. From the top of the hill, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the entire department, from Sainte-Victoire to the Camargue.

The house is surrounded by olive trees. You’ll wake up to a refreshing, rural setting. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. You’ll feel like you’re far away from it all, even though you’re just 12 minutes from downtown Aix.

The property is set within a fenced, wooded park featuring an olive grove covering an area of 1.2 ha. Once you pass through the automatic gate, you’ll drive down an avenue lined with century-old oak trees, leading to the north side of the house. The estate is divided among an olive grove, a pine forest, and fruit trees.
Since the property is fully fenced, you can bring your dogs without worry. Your pets are welcome.

Located north of Aix, you’ll find yourself ideally situated between the Aix Classical Music Festival and the La Roque d’Anthéron International Piano Festival. You’re also close to the Théâtre du Grand Saint-Jean.

The house sits at the foot of the Trevarese, with direct access via a dirt road. You can enjoy numerous walks or bike rides starting right from the estate. You can choose between the nearby canal bank if you prefer flat terrain, or the Trevarese trail if you prefer an uphill climb.

You’re close to the neighboring Château du Seuil, where you can sample its excellent wines. You’ll come across other vineyards as you head toward Rognes, Puyricard, or Saint-Cannat.
You’ll enjoy the cuisine at nearby restaurants.

You’re ideally located to visit the picturesque villages of the Aix countryside: Ventabrun, Lambesc, Eguilles, and Rognes—and you’re on the way to the magnificent villages of the Luberon: Cadenet, Beaulieu, Lacoste, Gordes, Menerbes, Roussillon...

You’ll visit the markets of Provence: in Aix on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and in Puyricard on Fridays.

You can go swimming along the Côte Bleue—either in Carry-le-Rouet if you enjoy diving and want to explore the nature reserve, or in Sausset-les-Pins if you prefer surfing or paddleboarding.

You’ll visit Aix and follow in Cézanne’s footsteps along the road leading to Bibemus and Sainte-Victoire, not to mention Picasso’s castle in Vauvenargues.

In Marseille, take a boat from the Old Port to visit the Château d’If and the Frioul Islands, followed by a visit to La Bonne Mère and the brand-new MUCEM museum.

Head to Cassis to taste their famous rosé at the harbor after exploring the Calanques by boat—or, for the more adventurous, on foot.

The most adventurous will go hiking in the Verdon Gorge.
