This home is clean and very comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen was very functional and well laid out. Coffee maker worked great. The beds were comfortable. Adequate towels and linens. The home is in an easy to reach area which is quiet, safe and has abundant parking. It is also close to a very nice grocery store.The host or his manager responded to questions. I didn't initially have the VRBO app on my phone, so I didn't get communication as rapidly as I would have liked but that was my bad.I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Stay in Caldas da Rainha

Our stay at the property was perfect. The only issue we encountered was corrected quickly by Jose the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Great villa

Villa Ambiente Verde is a lovely villa. The neighbourhood is in development but the road where the villa is, is very pleasant. The other permanent residents are quite friendly too. Very convenient for Pingo Doce supermarket Easy access to A8 motorway for days out. 15 minutes to Obidos or São Martinho. Villa is very comfortable and modern. Would recommend.

Driving

We enjoyed the house. Since it faced west the sun was very hot to sit outside. We liked being close to A8. A Caldas road map at the house would have been appreciated. Without one it was difficult to find the streets.

House in pristine condition

House appeared new and impeccable. Modern arrangements with all technical remedies (apart from a toaster :) The heated pool was really enjoyable due to a relative cold first week and the see temperature. The size and depth was precisely what our family needed. The nearby supermarket had very good selection of meat, fish and splendid selection of Portuguese wine. The latter is a source of amazement to us as we find it better and with reasonable prices than anywhere else. The nearby area is not particular interesting for a walk in the evening. However there are many places not far away (with car). The local fruit and vegetable market in Caldas da Rainha is very good to visit. Obidos is a must see. Many other places including the Fox do Arelho beach must be visited. The neighbors are very friendly. And generally the area was calm and quiet though in the day time some noise from construction and some factories was to be heard. The flies can be a nuisance but that is common in many other places in the south. We enjoined our stay. The Holm family (64, 53 and 17 years).

Maison fonctionnelle

Maison propre avec tout le nécessaire pour se poser.Magasin à proximité.Nous avons passé un séjour de 11 jours et aucun regret; seul bémol : l’annonce indiquait piscine chauffée mais elle ne l’était pas.Nous n’avons pas pu en profiter…Dommage car lorsqu’on vient du nord de France , la température extérieur pour nous est supportable pour se baigner…

Endroit paradisiaque pour la famille

Ce fut un séjour parfait sur toute la ligne. Maison extrêmement belle, bien entretenue, qui disposait de tous les équipements, bien situé dans le centre du Portugal (1h de Lisbonne, 30 minutes de Nazaré, 2h de Porto). Épicerie, restaurant et commerces à proximité de la maison. Je recommande à tout ceux qui sont à la recherche de la maison parfaite pour passer de belles vacances au Portugal.

Mooi huis, fijne omgeving

Heel fijn huis in rustige buurt gelegen met supermarkt op loopafstand. Alle leuke plaatsen van zilverkust Portugal gemakkelijk te bereiken. Huis perfect onderhouden, van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie keuken, badkamers. Tuin met voldoende meubilair en heerlijk zwembad. Top verblijf!

Logement très agréable, spacieux, propre, lumineux. Belle piscine chauffée. Bonne literie, équipements de cuisine multiples. Quartier calme à proximité de commerces. Location proche de beaux sites à visiter. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Heerlijke vakantievilla

Dit huis heeft alles; het is ruim, praktisch ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst was alles erg schoon. We hebben genoten van het verwarmde zwembad. Het ligt perfect in de nabijheid van de leuke badplaatsen Sao Martinho do Porto en Nazaré en op een uurtje rijden van Lissbon. Het huis ligt rustig in een straatje met soortgelijke woningen en op loopafstand is een grote supermarkt. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad in dit huis als uitvalsbasis.

De très bonnes vacances

La maison est neuve. De très belles prestations. Toute moderne et très bien équipée. La piscine est chauffée : au top. Elle est proche de tous les endroits à visiter et à 5 min de Caldas da Rainha. Le quartier est un lotissement très tranquille. Les voisins sont sympas. Les propriétaires très agréables. Nous avons passé une belle semaine.

Superbe maison, tres belles prestations’ située dans un quartier résidentiel calme.

La maison est magnifique, propre, équipée avec du matériel de qualité (mobilier, électro-ménager, literie, ...). La piscine de 8m x 3m environ était chauffée à 30 °C environ (attention, elle n’est pas sécurisée). Le quartier résidentiel est calme. Un supermarché est accessible à pied en 5mn. Pour toutes les activités, la voiture est nécessaire (plage à 15mn, Lisbonne et Sintra à 1h, Nazaré à 25mn...). Nous étions enchantés de notre séjour et de cette superbe location. Pour information, le propriétaire répond rapidement par la messagerie abritel.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.La villa est superbe tout est neuf. Tout était propre à notre arrivée.Elle est très bien équipée ,la literie est bonne , le lotissement est très calme. La piscine est chauffé ~30•c . Nous étions très bien placés à 15 min d’Obidos,1h de Lisbonne,1h15 de Sintra 20min de Péniche et 25 min de Nazare … Et il y a une grande surface a 5 min.Nous vous l’a recommandons sans soucis
