Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Obernsees, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 100 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). Private: small garden with lawn. In the complex: reception, central heating system. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 6 km, bakery 750 m, café 6 km, bus stop "Therme Obernsee" 600 m, railway station "Bayreuth" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Therme Obernsees" 1 km.
