The house has been carefully designed with great attention to detail, which is reflected in the artwork on the walls, designer furniture, and beautiful lighting. The tranquility of the green, enclosed garden and the coziness of the snug seating area make this home perfect for both summer adventures and cozy winter days.

The property has space for three cars. The ground floor is entirely step-free and equipped with underfloor heating. In the living room, you will find a large corner sofa and a 65-inch TV. From the living room, you can step directly into the garden through one of the three sliding doors.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. Downstairs, the master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and garden (box spring with topper, 180 x 200 cm) and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large sink, rain shower, and toilet. The second bathroom on the ground floor features a bathtub with an extra-low entry, a comfortable sink, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has two beds of 80 x 200 cm, which can be used separately or pushed together. The other bedroom has two separate beds of 90 x 200 cm each.
