Mont Mar 3 is a semi-detached property located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood of 14 houses. This family house is located about 4 km. outside the charming seaside resort of L'Estartit. It has a long, wide beach of more than 5 km, which is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.You can always opt for a quiet day at the common pool overlooking the Montgrí castle and the mountains. At the back of the house you can find a lovely private garden with patio, adjacent to the forest, where you can make beautiful walks. Mont Mar 3 includes a garage on the ground floor where there is also the washing machine. On the 1st floor you have the spacious living room with dining area, fireplace, TV (Dutch satellite) and access to the terrace with view of the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. Therefore on this floor you have an open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor are two double bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, and a second bathroom. Adjacent to one of the bedrooms, you have a large terrace with a beautiful view of the area.
