The only recommendation we have is that our room (232) was outdated and needs some updates make specifically to the furniture. Very old and worn. Other than that, it was a great stay. We will be back!

We love the location but I have to say that since it has been managed by Padre Escapes it has lost the family feel.The unit we stayed in while clean smelt musty, the carpet while new was left short and didn’t go to the doors. When we asked about an extra trash bag we were told as per the rental agreement only a starter supply of trash bags were available.We also had an issue with the dates and tried to adjust things and even asked about another unit that would be open for the dates we thought we had booked and where told we could book a different unit but would lose the money from the other unit. They couldn’t just add a night and include the money paid for the total! We had a good time but it feels like one of our family traditions is gone.

The outside gets an update, the owners of the condos should update their furniture, mainly the sleeper sofa. Many people stay here so the sofa sleeper gets really thin and you can feel the bars on your back..ouch.

Clean but could use updates

This property location is perfect and was clean & easy to check into. The unit is very outdated (popcorn ceilings, old fixtures) though, and had rusty shower rings. The bathroom showers and bed in master could use some replacing. Also, there is no washer/dryer in the unit and no information regarding where they are located on the property. I wasn’t able to contact anyone after 5pm to ask, since it wasn’t an emergency. The heated pool is great and they do offer pool towels. I would stay at this property again, but definitely not this unit.

Fun Fun Fun

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. The only thing is we had 3 vehicles and one had to park on the street and got the Cadillac Converter cut out from under his truck the 2 Nd night. Other than that it is well maintained and a great place to stay. We will be back

A few things in the other direction....the living room furniture appeared dirty and very worn. Outside walking beach access didn’t have a ramp to walk down to beach, only stairs. Along with us we watched multiple guest walk up to the stairs with their wagons and had difficulty picking them up and carrying down the steep stairs. The hot tub maintained a slimy film on it over the 3 days we stayed.

Like going to Grandma’s in as the beds were comfy, clean sheets, all surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms wiped down - and like Grandma’s house - don’t look too close. The 2 recliners and the swivel chair in den all need to be replaced, no drain covers in any sink/tub, cookware adequate. Easy and quick access to beach, quiet. Easy check in/out.

Perfect vacation site on the beach

The property is on the beach, you just cross the perimeter of the property and will find yourself right on the beach. it has a heated pool and a spa that makes it very convenient for a year-long vacation spot. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor. Clean beds, nice view both at the poolside and on the parking lots. The ocean can also be viewed from the poolside bedroom. Sit along and watch the magnificent view. The hall has smart TV installed, thus provides a lot of options for kids' entertainment. They enjoyed the property a lot during their stay. I would definitely like to stay again.

Had a reservation at Beach Club with Vacasa and after my son driving from San Antonio to corpus his key was not available!!! It was taken!!! He was supposed to be out neighbor and they booked his room. Felt bad they couldnt help me! Called el constante and they came thru. We always stay at this place. Never again willni book with someone else!!

Needs better cleaning !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at El Constante for the last 10 years. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit. The cleaning crew didn’t do a good job at all! There was a dirty bathing suit and shorts in one of the bathrooms, a used bandaid stuck to my “clean” towel, and broken glass all over the rug under the kitchen table. Also the dishwasher was broken and it looks like it had been broken because there were 4 used dishwasher tablets in the bottom of the dishwasher. The maintenance guy that came to look at the dishwasher was very professional! I personally never received a call from management even after I called after check out. I am not saying that I would never not stay here again because we love coming there ! If I was a owner I would like to have known that the cleaning crew is not doing a good job and this can reflect the rental potential.
