Large kitchen family room - Living room with beautiful leather furniture, flat screen and glass fireplace - Kitchen with seating for children at the table - Large dining table with a view to the swimming pool. Pool area with sauna, spa, swimming pool and cozy area for those who do not want to swim. The house is equipped with energy-optimizing elements, such as a heat pump to regulate the heat in the spa and swimming pool. A really nice cottage for one or more families who put luxury first.
