CASA ROCCIA BIANCA - SOLE - One Bedroom Apartment -T28/1 is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. The nearest beach is located in 2 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 35 m2. It is located on the 1st floor.
The Apartment is composed of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette where we can prepare a sofa bed, as an additional bed for 2 persons.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 person
OPTIMAL GUEST NUMBER: 2 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years of age stays free of charge when using the existing beds.
PETS: Pets are allowed with extra charges of 10 € / day.

The apartment is situated in the strict city centre with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the surroundings. The farmer's market, the St. Eufemia church, museums, the town square, as well as the nearest beach are just a few steps from the apartment.

Major-league holiday!

Igor is a great host, very responsive and hospitable. The apartment is cozy and nice in the heart of old town Rovinj. We felt like home during our stay.

Brilliant service!

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. Its location is perfect – right in the old town, but on a quieter street. There is a café next to the building, but it’s not noisy. The closest sea access where you can swim is less than 1 minute walk. There are good restaurants within 3-4 minutes. The main streets in the old town are also few minutes away. The apartment is recently renovated and clean. The furniture is new and clean. The bed was comfortable. The host is very responsive, he answered our request to adjust bedding right away. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay!

High-end vacation!

Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. l’appartamento è piccolino ma ben arredato, si trova in pieno centro, comodo se la sera si vuole fare un giro. Non è raggiungibile in auto. Se si vuole andare in spiaggia a piedi bisogna camminare 15/20 min. L’host davvero gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questo alloggio per chi vuole andare a Rovigno.

Glorious residence!

We really enjoyed our stay . Location of the apartment was amazing and could not be better. Everything was walking distance. Host Igor was very helpful. The only criticism would be the noise from the apartment above late at night and improve some finishing touches on the walls where there are some holes and exposed electrical wires.
