Villa with private pool 50 meters from the beach wifi unlimited internet access

Beautiful little old villa at the foot of the listed village of San Martí d'Empuries, a stone's throw from the sea.

The windows have been replaced, mosquito nets have been installed, and ceiling fans have been fitted.

We provide one hand towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made upon your arrival.

Villa with private pool, 50 meters from the beach, free wifi and unlimited internet access.
This bungalow is ideal for large families.
It has an entrance hall leading to a fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer as well as all cooking accessories.
A living room with TV and internet.
The corridor leads to the bedrooms. The first with two beds of 90 then a bedroom with a bed of 150, then at the back, a bedroom with a bed of 150 a bathroom with shower and wc, then another bedroom with a bed of 150 a bathroom with wc, a separate wc, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, then a bathroom with bathtub and wc. An independent toilet also.
Outside a private and maintained swimming pool with a terrace all around.
An alley can park up to 3 cars inside.
At the back a garden.
As soon as you arrive, I will welcome you in person, show you around the villa and give you a map with all the good addresses to know in the area.
The villa is located 50 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the medieval village of San Marti with its freestone. An exceptional view is offered on the Gulf of Rosas.
A 1.6km walk for pedestrians and cyclists will take you along creeks with its xiringuito (beach bars in the sand) to the villa in L'escala.
During your stay and to ensure your comfort, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm in case of emergency.
The tourist tax will be paid on your arrival, it is 1 € / adult (over 16 years old) / day (limited to 7 days).

Absolutely amazing stay! The house was very clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals for a large family.The outdoor patio featured a large awning that provided great shade from the sun, along with a big table perfect for dining or relaxing. The pool was spotless and, best of all, gets sun from early morning until late afternoon — ideal for swimming all day long.Our dog was also very welcome, and the nearest beach was dog-friendly too.The host was fantastic — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure everything was perfect and were always available if we had any questions.Highly recommended!

Uns war bewusst, dass das Haus älter ist, jedoch war der allgemeine Zustand nicht sehr gut. Fenster konnten nicht vollständig geschlossen werden, ebenso wie die Schubladen im Bad. Dazu fanden wir noch diverse Gegenstände von den Vormietern.Im Haus waren zudem Mäuse. Nachdem wir das gemeldet hatten, hat der Verwalter sehr schnell gehandelt und uns eine entsprechende Falle vorbeigebracht. Der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und bemüht.Der Pool war schön, ebenso wie die Lage des Hauses und die Nähe zum Meer.

Tolle Lage, gutes Haus

Die Nähe zum Meer war perfekt und letztlich auch der Grund das Haus zu diesem Preis anzumieten. Alles,was man benötigt, ist vorhanden und der Pool war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Das Objekt selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teils verwohnt. Aber das war größtenteils dem Inserat zu entnehmen und vom Mietpreis abzuleiten - insoweit stellt dies keinen Kritikpunkt dar. Zumal wir uns in der Regel sowieso nur draussen aufhalten. Die Betten waren leider sehr schlecht. Der Kontakt zu William war im Vorfeld und bei der Ankunft sehr gut. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte er uns aufgrund Beschwerden anderer Reisender uns auf den alten Zustand der Unterkunft hingewiesen und uns zum selben Preis ein anderes (teureres) Haus angeboten. Da wir aber mit Hund und Kind unterwegs waren, war dies keine Option für uns. William erklärte uns vor Ort, dass das Haus im kommenden Jahr von Grund auf saniert und erneuert werden soll..In Summe war der Aufenthalt sehr schön zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Très bon spot, maison fonctionnelle

Maison fonctionnelle qui mériterait un rafraîchissement général et un changement de mobilier. Chambres petites. Piscine et barbecue, très bien. Emplacement idéal proche de la mer et plages libres chiens autorisés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wunderschöne Gegend

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen , die wirklich sehr nahe Lage zum Strand , der nicht überfüllt ist , ist unschlagbar. Die kleineren Mängel, die es im Haus , bzw. am Inventar gab, wurden sofort behoben. Auch als der Pool gereinigt werden musst , wurde umgehend für den Pool Service gesorgt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und sauber , allerdings könnten vielleicht mal wieder etwas renoviert werden. Die Badezimmer sind groß genug und die duschen bieten genug Platz . Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und einen schönen Urlaub im Haus von William verbracht.

Y’a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison et c’est bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, le centre ville est proche et tous les services essentiels sont proches, le personnel est très cordial et accueillant!! Je conseille vivement!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in L'Escala. William hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns alles in Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus war sauber und schön. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war William zur Stelle. Gerne werden wir uns bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in L'Escala wieder an ihn wenden.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu neunt und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Hat alles recht gut geklappt. Einzig der Stauraum für Kleider ist knapp. Sehr schönes Haus an super Lage!

Der Pool war das Highlight

Erstmal vorab, Williams und sein Kollege waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Top! Der Pool war echt gigantisch, so sauber und klar, dank Williams sein Mitarbeiter. Haben das erste mal ein Haus mit Pool gemietet und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage ist mega, das Grundstück ist super, unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell rum. Vielen Dank und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen. :) Ein Kritikpunkt haben wir.: Es wäre angebracht gewesen, vor der Buchung Bescheid zugeben, zwecks der Anreise der Vermieter.

Buena casa en un entorno espectacular

Muy contentos con la casa y con William, que aunque no hizo falta llamarlo se ofreció a prestarnos ayuda para cualquier cosa fuese el día que fuese. La zona de playa magnífica y en 10 minutos puedes ir a varias playas cercanas que para una semana es más que suficiente.

Magnifique séjour! Très belle villa,très bien situé! Le gérant qui vous accueille super sympa très arrangeant il n’y a vraiment rien à dire pour cette location je la recommande les yeux fermés!
