SECURITY DEPOSIT

On arrival, the Agency will take the details of the Tenant’s credit card to cover any damage that may occur during his stay in the property.
In the event of damage caused in the property by the Tenant or the other occupants during their stay, the Tenant expressly authorizes the Agency to charge this credit card to cover the repairs caused, plus 5% processing fee.
If the Tenant finds damage in the property upon his arrival, he must immediately notify the Agency.

The Space:
This Villa was built on two levels in a very modern architecture that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as you enter the villa, a lobby with an access to a staircase leads you to the large main air-conditioned living area on the lower level. This open-plan great room is nicely furnished with several cozy sofas and a bench, facing a flat screen TV hanging on the wall for movie nights. Tastefully decorated with style and neutral tones, you will appreciate the contemporary design of this comfortable and expansive living room. On the back a long and beautiful dining table can accommodate up to ten guests in a cozy atmosphere, with elegant lights hanging from the ceiling. The kitchen is spacious and modern, fully-equipped with a large breakfast bar and leather-covered stools for your very private moments. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, opening to the outdoors, the horizon is perfect and inviting under the sun of St-Barths.
On the wooden terrace, the show of the heated infinity pool seeming to melt with the ocean is among the most beautiful in Saint-Barths. Under the pergola, an outdoor lounge furnished with comfortable deck chairs is perfect for relaxation time, in a setting of tropical vegetation. The beautiful vacation villa in St-Barths has three superb air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each suite has a king size bed, a TV set and sliding doors opening onto the terrace with a breathtaking ocean view. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level of the villa on either side of the entrance lobby, while the third bedroom is located on the main level overlooking the terrace and the pool.
