A hidden gem in the village.

Recently renovated and with all the equipment you will need during your stay, Le Temps des Secrets can accommodate up to eight people (maximum 6 adults and 2 children) on three floors in four bedrooms and with two shower rooms, all in the traditional setting of a Provencal village house.

Le Temps des Secrets is to rent by the week or longer if you wish.

The kitchen of Le Temps des Secrets is perfectly equipped with a Miele range cooker with induction hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. You will also find in the adjacent laundry room a washer dryer.

In the living room there is a flat screen HD TV, a DVD with a large collection of movies and a decoder with Netflix as well as French channels.

WIFI in all rooms as well as by the pool and in the verandas and portable ventilation devices in rooms for the hotter days

Outside
Hidden from the street by trees and high walls, the garden will charm you with its different levels as well as its small corners where it is good to read, take a nap or simply enjoy the splendid view of The Rock of Cotignac with a glass of delicious rosé of the region.

The swimming pool of 6mx4m is located on a raised terrace. It allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the village and the towers of The Rock of Cotignac

Surroundings
Cotignac named the petit Saint Tropez du Var is a beautiful village located in the Green Provence. Our house is perfectly located for visiting the many surrounding villages although there is a lot of activity in the village itself during the summer months.

You will find many restaurants mainly on the Cours Gambetta seven minutes from the house on foot.
An open-air theater with a varied program throughout the season: classical and modern concerts, cinema, Opera etc.

The cotignac market every Tuesday morning (7 min from the house on foot) is located on the Cours Gambetta in the shade of the big plane trees, in the center of the village.

Around the village you should not miss to visit the cave cliff and its Saracen towers. We warmly recommend the website of Provence verte with its walks, hikes etc. http://la-provence-verte.net/ot_cotignac/

Amazing place to stay, wonderful location which allows walks to collect essentials, like pain a chocolat, baguettes and Mirabeau! It is a real home from, everything you need for preparing meals and wonderful dishes and bowls to present it in, also excellent cookbooks if you are looking for inspiration. Lovely pool, which is clean and inviting and the views also make this a special place and allows you to instantly relax. Catherine provides a lovely welcome and gives you great recommendations for the local area. This really is a gem in the village and could not recommend this property highly enough.

Great location for a summer in Provence!!!!

Les Temps des Secrets was perfect for our trip to Provence! It was centrally located to all of the areas we wanted to visit and the pool was perfect for rest days or to cool off on hot summer nights. We also loved that we could pop into the village for meals, the market, or just pain au chocolat. And the property managers were excellent and helpful!

Beautiful house in Cotignac

Fabulous house in a perfect location. Clean and beautifully decorated, and lovely garden with stunning views and lots of spots for reading, drinks and lunch/dinner. Perfect for a group of two families. Easy walk to Cotignac which is such a beautiful town with great food shops and streets for wandering. Great communication from the owners before and during our stay, and excellent restaurant advice! Thank you!!

Delightful stay at Le Temps des Secrets

Our holiday at Nicholas and Laurent's home in Cotignac began well with a bottle of rosé in a cool and shaded garden and was a sign of good things to come after a disasterous 24 hours of cancellations and delays in our travel plans. Although the hosts showed us around the property, it was only on our own and over the next few days that we discovered how delightful our holiday home was. The weather was very warm (unusually so, I think), but there were fans in every room and one which was not working was replaced very promptly by Jerome and Christelle - a welcome rescue. The pool provided a marvellous relief when the temperature rose and I especially liked the separate and beautifully planted gardens; we moved through the partitioned outside areas as if from the dining room to the drawing room and then back to the sitting room. We have also seldom come across such a well-stocked kitchen - a place where 'proper' meals could be cooked, and they were. The busy high street in Cotignac is lined by trees, restaurants and cafés on both sides, making you feel as if you actually have a choice in choosing where to eat. Proximity by foot to a thriving and attractive town was a must when deciding where we would go and we made full use of the freedom of not having to get everything by car. It has a butcher, a baker and, if not a candlestick maker, a decent small supermarket that contains more than the essentials and all within walking distance of the house. All-in-all, a lovely stay which was enjoyed by the whole family. Nick and Laurent, thank you.

Lovely hideaway

Tucked away in an elevated position, within a short walk of the restaurants and shops of town, les Temps des Secrets was a great choice for our family trip. The garden in particular is a charming space to relax over a glass or two, or enjoy the pool. Cotignac now has a microbrewery with a terrace which has live music some nights - well worth a visit.

Charming house with lovely garden and view

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed very much our stay. The house is nicely decorated, confortable and well equiped. The garden is lovely. We liked sitting on the terrace admiring the view on Cotignac by day or night. Cotignac is on walking distance. The village has a nice atmosphere. Parfait en famille

La maison est très agréable, très propre, fraîche en temps de canicule, le jardin est élégant, et la piscine largement suffisante pour se rafraîchir et jouer avec les enfants. La proximité du village est un plus tres agréable ainsi que la place réservée pour la voiture. Le beau temps par dessus tout ça et un gérant efficace et accueillant. Si vous passez de mauvaises vacances, ça vient de vous !

Maison pleine de charme où rien ne manque. Un jardin splendide et reposant avec une vue magnifique. La maison est proche du village qui est dynamique et agréable. Laurent et Nicholas sont des hôtes accueillants.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil in Cotignac

Das Anwesen liegt sehr schön und ruhig im Dörfchen Cotignac, man geniesst die Ruhe und landschaftliche Umgebung. Es wird absolute Privatsphäre geboten und der Pool ist wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alle Anehmlichkeiten die man sich von einem Ferienhaus erwartet und wünschen kann. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Agentur war hervorragend. Wir waren schon das 2. mal in diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Huset var i toppskick! Och med skuggigt läget från tidig morgon till sen förmiddag denna varma sommar var allt ännu mer perfekt. Vi älskade att laga mat i det nyrenoverade köket och njöt av alla olika uteplatser som fanns att välja på. hög kvalitet på allt!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus in sehr schöner Lage

In diesem Haus kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Ort Cotignac, welches sehr reizend ist. Die Umgebung lädt zu sehr vielen Aktivitäten ein. Wir haben hier eine tolle Zeit verbracht!!!
