150 m² house with 4 bedrooms—2 upstairs and 2 on the first floor.<br>A separate shower room and toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom with a toilet upstairs. A living room, spacious dining room, and separate kitchen. <br>A pleasant place to live on a 2,000 m² lot (a space enjoyed by children for playing and by adults for reading under the trees). You can reach the beach by bike in 10 minutes (1.8 km) or on foot. There’s also a supermarket just 800 m away. The nearest village is Vieux Boucau.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison bien equipée et proche de l'ocean et de vieux boucau.La piste cylclable est accessible au bout du jardin, vraiment tres pratique.Cela donne envie d y revenir !

Belles vacances

Belle et chaleureuse maison idéalement située dans laquelle on se sent bien tout de suite. Un grand terrain parfait pour les petits et les grands. Une hôte lumineuse au service et à l’écoute des vacanciers. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans les Landes. Merci Chantal.

Super séjour !

Maison idéalement placée au bord de la piste cyclable, à 5 min de vieux boucaud. La maison est spacieuse, très confortable et avec un grand jardin arboré. Super séjour en famille et amis avec nos enfants ! Et surtout un super accueil !!! Merci encore
