Lower floor :

The very cozy living area is located on the lower floor and is equipped with a high definition Led Tv, digital terrestrial, Smart Tv (netflix, Youtube, Amazon video), Wi-fi connection, three-seater sofa.
The comfy convertible sofa, if necessary, can accommodate two additional guests without sacrificing their comfort.

The bathroom has a very spacious cabin, hairdryer, complete bathroom fixtures and Welcome Kit with shower shampoo and body cream. All this is completed by a window with a satin "privacy" effect and a mirror with direct lighting. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets and duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

In need of doing laundry ? Feel free to use the washing machine, it’s at your disposal, so you can keep your clothes clean. Alternatively, you can go to the laundromat just below the house.

The kitchen is complete with everything, stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster and of course a complete set of pots, flat pans and cutlery.
There’s also a Nespresso coffee machine, capsules are complimentary, as is American coffee, tea and herbal tea.

Upper floor :

The main bedroom located on the upper mezzanine floor includes 2 Queen size beds.
Large wardrobes are available to accommodate all your personal effects, including suitcases and a safe.
The flat allows you to enjoy your stay in total privacy and intimacy, away from the noise of the city, with everything you could need.

It is one of the most central and renowned streets (and areas) of Rome. With a few minutes walk you can reach the Vatican and hundreds of other historical points of interest, shop, relax and enjoy gastronomic experiences.

Access is easy from the Rome Fiumicino Airport, there is a train which leads you to Rome Trastevere station in 26 minutes at a cost of € 8.

From the station, take the Tram 8 to reach the house.

On request, we can help you to get free tickets to attend the Pope's audience held every Wednesday at the Vatican.
There is a tourist tax for the city of Rome that is equivalent to € 3.50 per person per night. Included in the price.
