The property was great for its price. There were minor issues like lack of toilet paper and paper towels but nothing major. The bed was comfortable but maybe bring own sheets and stuff. Overall good stay.

Quiet spot in a busy neighborhood

As more tourists learn about Trastevere, the more crowded it gets. But this little spot on a quiet street just minutes on foot from all the action was a perfect place to base our week in Rome. I wandered out several mornings on my own, with idea where to go, and was immediately engaged with this lively neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Holiday in Rome

Great Location. Property was not very clean. Water was left in the washing machine and we were not told. When we went to use it the water gushed out. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. The hot water stopped working on the last day so we had cold showers. The property looked much better in the photos online than in reality.

Great small apt in wonderful Trastavere location

the property was as expected, great location, and very clean. We had to wait a bit for check in once we arrived, as we were a little later than planned. I was disappointed that there were no sheets for the sofa bed and we had to wait until the next day for them to be delivered, which they were as promised. Overall however it is a cute, clean, nicely located apt. walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Trestavere. We may have not been correct where we got the bus, but getting the bus was a further than explained, however, the ride to other main attractions was good. We ended up calling a taxi to return to the train station when we left. Just be sure to notify them that you will be using the sofa bed!

Trastevere vacation

Trastevere is a great part of Rome - lots of restaurants and nightlife and very active. This apartment was a short walk from the late-night activity so the location was very good. We were disappointed when we arrived because the pictures are not representative of the actual apartment. There is no area rug. There are two couches end to end on one wall - one with a dirty white slipcover and the other with a dark grey slipcover. No drawing on the wall above the TV or in the bedroom. The curtains by the door and in the bedroom were dirty. I am 5'7" and 160 lbs and it was a very tight fit in the shower - probably about 28" square. We did not eat in the apartment, but the kitchen is sparsely equipped. If you want to be in Trastevere this is conveniently located and quiet, but it is very basic accommodations. We were expecting a nicer place. if we would have seen this before we rented, we would have selected someplace else.

Très bon séjour

La location est dans une rue du quartier du Trastevere. Quartier authentique, où les bars, restos et petites boutiques se côtoient. Beaucoup d’italiens viennent y passer la soirée. On a adoré . La location est dans une rue pavée et calme. Elle est grande et fonctionnelle pour 4 personnes. Mais (nous y étions en février) elle est assez sombre et humide. Draps, serviettes très propres. Aucun soucis pour le check-in et le Check-out ! On recommande.
