This apartment is located on the ground floor of a peaceful family house in the serene residential area of Špadići - Poreč. It's a great location with easy access to nearby amenities like beaches, shops, pastry shops, tobacco shops, and ATMs, all within a short 250-meter radius.
The apartment itself offers a lovely entrance porch that provides a cool and shaded spot, making it perfect for enjoying comfortable summer nights and relaxed mornings. The property is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, ensuring privacy during your stay.
Inside, the apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate two people. It features a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, and a living area connected to the kitchen/dining room.
We understand the importance of pets to our guests, so we welcome one well-behaved pet with an additional charge of €10 per day.
