Recent structure - on a hill (170 m a.s.l.), in a charming village - typically Sardinian, with olive groves and the sea on the horizon - 6 minutes: from the long white beaches with very fine sand of Budoni - from the shops, markets, entertainment of which the area is rich. Indicated to relax and regain well-being and balance. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, with an entrance to the west, has a capacity of 4 to 6 people - very spacious and very bright and the quiet of the place is ideal for sleeping late. All rooms have two flat beds (single or double), with the possibility of adding a cot. The habitable, functional kitchenette, furnished with all the accessories and utensils for the kitchen, a covered veranda that allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors. A living room with wood-burning fireplace - TV/Sat. A bathroom, with shower/wc - washing machine - hairdryer - large and with window. Outside there is a garden with lots of space to rest in the sun, with plants and flowers and a water supply. All windows have mosquito nets. The parking is private and fenced.

Brezza fresca tra gli ulivi

Vacanza rilassante in alloggio fresco e confortevole. La signora Franca ci ha fatto sentire a casa con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ad intervenire nei piccoli inconvenienti (abbiamo avuto auto in panne e lei ci ha inviato dei nominativi di meccanici). Interessante anche la presenza di un camioncino il mercoledì e venerdì con frutta e verdura di produzione locale e bus navetta per raggiungere le spiagge)Alloggio ideale per chi cerca relax nella natura

Piacevole soggiorno a ferragosto in 4

Casa accogliente pulita e spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare. In 4 ospiti abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto, zona molto tranquilla, caldo sopportabile anche grazie al ventilatore in dotazione (non c'è condizionatore). Posizione non vicina al mare o alle spiagge, è necessario spostarsi in auto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'ospitalità di Franca, la proprietaria, gentilissima. Unica pecca non prendono i telefoni nè è disponibile una connessione wifi. Nel complesso tutto buono e accessibile come prezzo.

Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 8 Tage gebucht, sind aber nach 3 Tagen geflüchtet und haben etwas anderes gebucht. Die guten Bewertungen können wir nicht ansatzweise nachvollziehen: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Bergdorf, die Zufahrt ist steil und eng, Bodenfreiheit ist zwingend erforderlich, damit das Auto nicht aufsitzt. Der Schlüssel steckte. Franca kam am nächsten Tag, als wir mitteilt, dass der Duschkopf kaputt war. Der wurde noch am selben Tag ausgetauscht. Die Dusche selbst war sehr schmutzig, so dass wir erst mal geputzt haben. Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach, und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ein Wind ging dort so gut wie nicht. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage aber zwei Ventilatoren. Als wir Franca mitteilten, dass wir umziehen, riss der Kontakt ab, angeblich konnte sie nicht antworten. Erst als ich über die FeWo-App schrieb, bekam ich eine Antwort bezüglich der Schlüsselabgabe etc. Allerdings waren Franca und ihr Mann an dem Tag unserer Abreise am Haus, um die untere Wohnung fertig zu machen für Gäste. Sie wohnt nämlich keineswegs im Haus, wie es in älteren Rezensionen steht.

Molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Appartamento pulito, accogliente in un luogo incantevole.

Ottima vacanza con host attenta e gentile. La casa e’ accogliente e luminosa, immersa nel verde con brezza piacevole anche nelle giornate più calde. Un piacere aver conosciuto la Signora Franca.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Budoni

Die Mietwohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit 2 Ferienwohnungen. Das Haus befindet sich im kleinen Ort Tamarispa der Provinz Budoni. Für einen Urlaub um die schönen Strände, mit dem Mietwagen in der Umgebung zu erkunden liegt das Haus sehr gut. Die Wohnung verfügt über allen was nötig ist. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Sie verfügt über 2 Balkone, einer zum Essbereich raus und der andere am Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten befinden sich auf einer Terrasse mit Grill am Wohnungseingang. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können zu einem Aufpreis von 8 Euro pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Une belle maison, mais des améliorations à apporter

La maison est spacieuse avec une très belle vue sur la mer et au calme. Cependant, il n'y a pas de climatisation comme indiqué sur l'annonce et prévoir 4€ supplémentaire par personne pour la location du linge de maison. Nous regrettons aussi le manque d'ustensils pour le barbecue. Attention, le plan Abritel ne correspond pas à la localisation réelle de la maison. Malgré cela nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la propriétaire de la maison est chaleureuse.

Belle location à Tamarispa.

Nous avons passé 10 jours chez Franca dans la région de Budoni. La maison est divisée en deux locations totalement indépendantes et se situe sur les hauteurs de Tamarispa, village typique sarde , isolé et surtout très tranquille . Nous avions loué une voiture car cela est indispensable pour se rendre à la plage de Budoni (6 Kms) mais aussi pour visiter cette très belle région. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances dans la maison, barbecue, terrasse avec vue sur la mer etc.. De plus elle est spacieuses et Franca répondra a toutes vos attentes avec gentillesse. Nous vous conseillons aussi le restaurant à Limpiddu, La perla , très bon et la plage de Porto di Taverna, très belle ! Merci Franca ! Thierry

Maison très agréable à vivre

Située dans une petit village excentré où l'on entend que le bruit des vaches et des oiseaux. Parfait pour se reposer, se détendre. Avec vue sur mer ! Les petites terrasses sont très agréables pour les apéros / repas, avec magnifique petit jardin. Il faut bien entendu une voiture pour se déplacer, il n'y à rien à faire dans le village mais le centre de budoni et les plages sont à 5 minutes. Les équipements sont suffisants bien qu'un aspirateur et un wc séparé seraient les bienvenues.

Devo riconoscere che mi fa piacere aver ricevuto una recensione positiva, come mi ha fatto molto piacere che la casa sia stata lasciata in ordine impeccabile. L'aspirapolvere è in dotazione alla casa, solo che non è nell'appartamento , bastava solo chiedere, per il wc separato non è materialmente fattibile. Comunque persone come questi ospiti sono solo da apprezzare e ringraziare.

E' difficile per una famiglia di 4 persone trovare, per una vacanza, una casa così spaziosa (100 m), più che pulita e provvista di tutto ciò che serve (ma proprio tutto) , specialmente in cucina (compreso minipimer). Abbiamo pranzato e cenato nella spaziosa terrazza esterna rinfrescata dal vento che anche di notte ci faceva dormire senza problemi. Dal silenzio della notte, si passava al piacevole e leggero scampanellio delle pecore alla mattina.Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di zanzare. Bel punto di partenza per le uscite giornaliere che andavano dalle stupende spiagge di S. Teodoro a quelle di Posada, passando per quelle di Budoni. . La signora Franca poi è davvero gentile e super disponibile. Che dire... Peccato che le ferie siano finite. Magari ci rivediamo il prossimo anno. Grazie e ...Mandi Franca!!!!

Meglio dal vivo che in foto.

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze nel mese di agosto, famiglia di tre persone con una bimba. Consigliamo vivamente una vacanza in questo spaziosissimo e confortevole appartamento gradevole sotto tutti gli aspetti. Splendido per famiglie con bambini, ma anche diverse tipologie di vacanzieri. Una posizione panoramica con due fantastici terrazzini sul fronte ed un' altro terrazzo e giardinetto sul retro con barbecue discreto ma comodissimo , il mare risulta raggiungibile in pochi minuti. La signora Franca squisita con la sua frutta e verdura dell'orto. Posticino privato per l'auto nel cancello della proprietà . Potremmo dire mille cose ma non sappiamo descrivere tutte le cose positive della vacanza. Davvero le foto non descrivono abbastanza tutto quello che realmente offre la zona e l'abitazione . Sicuramente consiglieremo la vacanza ad amici e se avremo l'occasione ci torneremo molto volentieri . Una vacanza adatta a tutti . Un grazie caloroso

We had a wonderful vocati...

We had a wonderful vocation in a authentic Italian village just 5min car drive from a beach. The appartament was quite big and could easily accommodate 6 people: it's on the 1st floor of the house and has a separate entrance, a big terrace and a small one, a little garden and a parking! It was cleaned before our arrival and Franca even thought about little details: mosquito repellent was plugged in, the water in the fridge, the baby cot was made. We got lemons right from the tree and fresh vegetables from the garden - a very nice gesture. True, to be able to move around you need a car but everything is not more than 10 minutes drive. Definately recommended. Nous avons passé des magnifiques vacances dans un village italien authentique seulement 5 min de conduite de la mer. L'appartement est suffisamment large pour accueillir 6 personnes, a une grande terrasse avec un petit jardin et une porte séparée - c'est pratiquement une maison! Vu sur mer!! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et Franca nous amenait les citrons frés et des légumes de son jardin quasi tout les jours. C'est vrai que pour ce déplacer il faut une voiture, mais la plage, la petite ville sont à 10 min de village. A visiter absolument.

"Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Le foto della casa promettevano bene, ma dal vivo siamo stati colpiti ancor più piacevolmente. Abbiamo trovato una casa perfetta! Pulitissima, accogliente, fresca, dotata di tutti i comforts possibili e immaginabili (dai numerosi servizi di bicchieri alle caffettiere di ogni misura per qualsiasi esigenza, dall''asciugacapelli al ferro da stiro, dalla lavatrice alla culla per l''eventuale bebè etc.etc.). Il luogo, inoltre, è davvero tranquillissimo, perfetto per chi, come noi, ama star lontano dalla confusione. Nei dintorni della casa c''è un bar e un piccolo market per le esigenze quotidiane. E per trovare un pò di movimento è sufficiente raggiungere a Budoni, dove è possibile trovare locali, supermercati, farmacie, agenzie di viaggi, banche etc. Consiglio vivamente questa zona e questa casetta, dove troverete la calorosa ospitalità della signora Spizzo che ringraziamo ancora affettuosamente! "Die Wohnung entsprach vollstens der Beschreibung. Ausstattung und Größe sind super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus immer wieder mieten, wenn wir in den Gegend sind. Die Vermieterin wohnt untem im Haus, sie ist sehr nett und bemüht (DANKE Franca!). Auch wir haben oft Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten von ihr bekommen, das war toll. Die Kinder hat sie lieb umsorgt und immer wieder gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist; und das war es! Das Dorf und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass man bis zum Meer und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto fährt. Uns hat dies nicht gestört, dafür wohnt man auf dem Berg mitten in einem italienischen Dorf und es geht meistens ein Wind, der bei unseren Temperaturen wichtig war! Die Organisation bei Anreise (spät, wir wurden an der Schnellstraße abgeholt, damit wir den Weg finden) und Abreise (spät, wir durften den ganzen Tag noch im Haus bleiben) war zudem vorbildlich. So wünscht man sich das! Vielen, vielen Dank für alles liebe Franca! Diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen."

"Tamarispa is a small ham...

"Tamarispa is a small hamlet about 10 minutes outside Budoni, a small town. In total 45 minutes from Olbia airport. The apartment is the top floor of a house built in 2007 on the hillside at the top of the village and it has great views across the village, fields and hills to the sea beyond. It is very quiet (only four more houses to the end of the lane) well furnished and presented, with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen and bathroom. We thought that the kitchen would benefit from the addition of a microwave but it had all other equipment bar a dishwasher. Lidio does not speak any English so as he met us on arrival my limited Italian was put to the test but we got by. Franca has enough English to help out and both are very kind. There are no shops in Tamarispa but there is a bar. There is a pizzeria (eat in and take away) in the next village. There are a couple of modest sized supermarkets in and around Budoni in which you can get all of the necessities. We recommend this place for a quiet holiday".

"Hemos disfrutado de una semana maravillosa con un tiempo excelente.El alojamiento ha superado nuestras expectativas la casa es amplia y cómoda,estaba limpia,la vista estupenda, el entorno muy tranquilo y bien situado para visitar la zona .
