With an impressive view of Lake Garda from the covered terrace and the great location, just above the centre of San Zeno di Montagna, this flat offers everything for a peaceful and relaxing holiday!
The spacious flat on the first floor has a living and dining room with a large sofa bed, dining table for 6 people, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and access to the covered terrace. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Together with the sofa bed in the living room, there is room for 6 people. There is also a washing machine and a garage.

From the flat, it is only a 2-minute drive to the centre of San Zeno di Montagna or you can take an easy ca. 20-minute walk.
In only 15 minutes by car, you can reach the port of Garda, or in 20 minutes you can reach the beach and the centre of Torri del Benaco or stroll through Castelletto di Brenzone.

With a splendid panoramic position (680m), San Zeno di Montagna enchants adults and children alike. A village that boasts a magical location, as it is situated on the western slope of Monte Baldo, a mountain massif over 2000 metres high, directly on Lake Garda. The panoramic view is therefore particularly impressive.
The natural beauty, peace and fresh, healthy air are ideal for the elderly and children, and for anyone wishing to practise sport and relax in the open air.
Ancient paths invite you to take walks between the lake and the mountains, to go trekking, mountain biking and mountaineering; it is also possible to go horse riding, paragliding and hang-gliding, and for the more reckless there is the Park Jungle Adventure.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.

EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00

LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.

CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.

LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.

FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS – almost all of our apartments are pet friendly but be sure to inform us when booking. The additional fee is €20 per pet for the entire stay
