The apartment, newly renovated (2020) is in the nineteenth-century center of Grottammare, in Via XX Settembre, a quiet street full of private gardens.
Thanks to its location is at the same time close to the main attractions and far from the noise of the nightlife.
The furniture, the colors and the materials give a pleasant "soul" to the house.
The apartment is equipped with a controlled mechanical ventilation system that ensures comfort.
The apartment has a private entrance from the street with the possibility to leave a stroller or the bikes. It is on the ground floor raised, bright, cool and quiet.
It is 200 meters far from the beaches and the promenade with its restaurants and 500 meters far from the main street.
The bar and grocery stores (market, fishmonger, butcher, pasta shop) are 50 meters away.
In the months of July and August we only accept bookings made for a number of 4 guests.
The second bedroom will be made available only for bookings with more than two guests.

From 10 January 2022 and until the end of the state of emergency in Italy (for now established on 31 March), to stay in the apartment, it will be necessary to show the Super Green pass at the time of check-in.
