A newly refurbished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with private entrance and own garden, in the heart of Edinburgh. The apartment situated in Marchmont is a trendy area with local shops and bars and only a short stroll across the meadows to Edinburgh's best attractions. It is the prefect base to explore the city.

This ground floor apartment with a private entrance and gardens offers:
a main bedroom with Super King-sized bed next door to a full bathroom,
bedroom 2 is a King Size and
bedroom 3, next door to the shower room, offers a double/single bunk.

The apartment also offers a large lounge, kitchen/diner and a separate utility room, and outside there is a patio area with dining table and chairs for 6 and a rattan seating set for 4.

Marchmont:

A charming residential area, almost exclusively being made up of period houses and apartments, with shops bars and restaurants in the area. Marchmont is within a short walking distance of the many popular attractions that Edinburgh has to offer is an ideal location to stay.

Please note the piano is for decoration only
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it.
A max of 4 single people permitted (one per bed). Lead guest to be over 25. No smoking inside, No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are allowed in the apartment unless otherwise agreed.

Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issue immediately.

We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided, ID may be requested.

No pets. We have stained wooden floors and do not want them damaged by claws. Shoes to be taken off when inside the apartment.

Do not disconnect the internet or remove ring camera.

Refundable damage deposit of £150 collected via charge-automation. On-line check-in required post booking ID may be requested.

Such a great place and location

Loved this cute flat. The rooms were comfy and the backyard garden was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. Great location. Hope we can come visit again.

Perfect family sanctuary

Our family of two children and two adults had the best time at Meadows Sanctuary. The beds were comfy, the architecture was beautiful and we had everything we needed from the kitchen to the stacks of toys and games. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property

Reservation process was seamless. Property is beautiful, clean, well stocked and so comfortable! Neighborhood can’t be beat, especially if you like delicious coffee walking the green space of the Meadows.

The place to stay in Edinburgh

This home was such a highlight of our trip to Edinburgh. From the layout with large windows and a private garden at the back to all modern appliances, it mixed the charm of a Jane Austen story with modern day convenience. Would definitely visit again.
