The Fin lodge is disabled-friendly with ramped entrance and ground floor bedroom with an en-suite wet room. A further two full-sized bedrooms, all en-suite.
The Clowance Estate is situated between St. Ives and the Lizard and enjoys 97 acres of beautiful park and woodland. It is the perfect choice for those who wish to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting. However, there is plenty of opportunity around this large estate for the young to let off steam without destroying this tranquility. There are extensive open areas and many woodland walks, all available for your enjoyment. Most reviews on trip advisor are "Excellent", leading to an average star rating of 4.5.
The on-site facilities are of the highest quality. The newly refurbished leisure centre includes a fully equipped gym, spa and beauty therapy and a heated indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. On the upper floor the restaurant offers a relaxed feel with its comfortable bar and dining area offering magnificent views of the main lawn, lake and woodlands. Perfect after a busy day of exploring. The use of the gym and swimming pool is free, as are most of the outdoor facilities which include tennis, badminton and basketball courts, croquet lawn and Frisbee golf. Racquets & clubs etc available to borrow or bring your own. There is a beautiful 4 acre lake where boats can be hired for free with life jackets provided. Young children are well catered for with a fairy dell, teddy bear’s picnic site and adventure playground. During School Holidays, events are organised for younger children. Clowance has been awarded a Made For Mums Bronze Award for family friendly holidays. The immaculate grounds and extensive woodlands provide walks for all to enjoy.

The tree house shown now accommodates guests but you can walk by it. There are four communal 7.2kW EV charging points using the Project EV app, situated at the Leisure Centre car park. Otherwise there are several in Camborne you can use whilst you shop.
You will be in a recently refurbished detached lodge in a quiet woodland setting similar to the one shown in the photographs. The following youtube video shows examples of the lodges at about the 6 minute point:

It was taken BEFORE the recent total refurbishment shown in the still photographs. There is a double bedroom with en-suite and one with two twins; also a small mezzanine room with twin beds and a family bathroom.
The mezzanine bedroom is a reached by stairs from the living area and is the only room at that level. The twin beds are at the far closed-off end in reasonable privacy. But it is effectively open to the living area. Adults can sleep there but it is probably best for children old enough not to mind sounds from the lounge.
There is a pleasant lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen area that includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine / tumble dryer. All linen & towels are provided and the beds are ready made up for you. There is internet access, direct dial in telephone, Sky TV and DVD player. Outside there is a covered balcony, patio with table and 6 chairs and parking for two cars. You will be in easy walking distance of the leisure centre, but may drive there if you wish. The lodge is professionally cleaned between rentals and all linen & towels are industrially cleaned off-site.
The Clowance Estate is well positioned to explore the surrounding area being only 20 minutes from both North and South coasts. Our favourite beach is Portreath, 8 miles and around 20 minutes away. To eat out when not self-catering or using the leisure club restaurant, there are several top-quality restaurants at Porthleven (8 miles, 15 minutes) with alternatives locally at the excellent village pub or chippy, or towards St Ives at Porthminster Bay and many many more. A holiday in Cornwall is a delight for the whole family. Enjoy bracing walks on the beautiful coastal paths, satisfy young exploring minds with the lure of exciting rock pools or enjoy some of the best surf in the British Isles. Cornwall is a delight for gardeners and wildlife enthusiasts with The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project each an easy day trip from the estate. Or enjoy a day at Flambards theme park and checkout their spectacular August fireworks display evenings. Clowance provides a unique base for a truly unforgettable holiday experience.
