Stylish & Comfortable. A former winemaker’s home with large South facing outdoor terrasse/patio. Perfect location in quiet street in the heart of very chic Peyriac-de-Mer. Within easy walk of the sea, great restaurants, bars, village shop, bakery, wineries, hairdresser, boutiques, & wilderness beaches.

Thick stone walls keep the property cool & quiet. Entering through the original arched doors you arrive in a spacious sitting room with fireplace, oak flooring & feather-filled comfortable sofas. Perfect to relax after a great day out.

2 spacious,, light & airy double bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds, ceiling fans & quality bedding & furnishings. Further large Single bedroom.2 newly fitted shower rooms, each with private WC and modern basin & storage units. Fibre Internet, Desk & chair for remote working.

Large outside south-facing terrasse with room for dining & enjoying the sunshine or watching the sunsets. Comfortable seating & parasol. Not overlooked. Spacious kitchen/dining room featuring original artisan floor with quality appliances, Nespresso coffee-machine & large fridge-freezer. White porcelain crockery & very well-equipped for people who enjoy cooking.
Utility room with washing machine.

Set on the Etangs (lagoons) with native flamingos in the protected Languedoc National Park. Extensive walking & cycling with magnificent views of coast & vineyards. Sailiing, wind-surfing, paddleboard, kayaks, cycling & nature trails. Wine tours, Gourmet restaurants, Cathar castles, ancient cities of Narbonne (10mins) Carcassonne (30mins). A short drive to the famous beaches of Les Chalets Gruissan, La Franqui & Leucate. Near to Perpignan, Collioure & the wonderful Catalan Spanish coast & cities of Gerona & Barcelona. African reserve at Sigean 5minutes by car.
Easy access from 3 local airports or TGV train at Narbonne. A9 Autoroute between Narbonne & Perpignan. Free resident parking permit.

La maison de village est bien équipée, bien située avec un parking devant, les pièces de vie sont au rdc et les chambres à l étage. L étage et en conséquence les chambres ne sont pas climatisées mais équipées de ventilateurs il y fait une température très élevée (28 à 30 pendant notre séjour de deux semaines ce qui gêne le sommeil.

Lovely Cottage in Peyriac de Mer

Beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated cottage with balcony for outdoor dining, & located in charming village. Julie is a very responsive and thoughtful host. Highly recommended.

gemütliche Wohung in schöner Lage

Die Wohung liegt in einem kleinen Ort und ist toll ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen ist ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit in Südfrankreich verbracht.

Nice house in a beautiful village

Very nice house with everything we need. The village have a good bakery, cafes, restaurants, and a small market. I always walked every morning to get our breakfast and sit 10 minutes at the village center to drink a cup of cafe. We saw a lot of falmingos in the Étang du Peyriac de mer / du Doul.

an excellent stay in a lovely village

The property was perfect for the three of us, and Julie was extremely helpful about a couple of minor problems we had. Peyriac is a delightful village with some lovely walks, some excellent restaurants, and enough facilities to mean that a visit to the nearby town of Narbonne was only to explore, not to shop.

Great summer property

Peyriac de Mer is a charming French village with access to a lovely coastal area. the village has a small supermarket and a small number of friendly bar/restaurants. The process of booking/checking in/departing was smooth and effortless and communication with the host was clear throughout. The house is very pleasant and comfortable with everything that you need. We had a great time.

Belle situation

Cette maison de ville est très bien rénovée. Tout est propre, refait à neuf, et bien équipé. Ell est idéalement située dans le village pour se promener ou pour les commerces. Il faudrait peut être mieux indiquer que le salon et la cuisine sont au rez de chaussée et donnent sur la rue, car cela peut surprendre en arrivant.
