All of the holiday apartments and holiday homes that we manage and rent are located in the green Constantia Valley, close to the Constantia Wine Route. The range of sights and excursion destinations here is enormous. The eleven wineries and the abundance of good to excellent restaurants delight the hearts of gourmets and wine lovers. The infrastructure in the entire valley leaves nothing to be desired and the range of sports facilities and hiking trails is also very attractive.

The cozy house is very compact, with short distances to all rooms and facilities. In particular, the large veranda with the cast-iron grill and the fireplace contributes to the warm atmosphere of the property.

In addition, our guests can enjoy a swimming pool with constantly warm water and the solar power system with strong batteries ensures that there are no interruptions in operation in the house and on the property even if the public power grid fails.

Another advantage for our guests is the short distances to shopping centers, restaurants and petrol stations, as well as the central location on the Cape Peninsula.

Das gemuetliche Haus ist sehr kompakt, mit "kurzen Wegen" zu allen Raeumen und Einrichtungen. Insbesondere die grosse Veranda mit dem gusseisernen Grill und der Feuerstelle traegt zu der warmen Atmosphaere des Anwesens bei.

Darueber hinaus kommt unser Gast in den Genuss von einem Swimming Pool mit stets warmen Wasser und die Solarstromanlage mit starken Batterien sorgt dafuer, dass auch bei Ausfall des oeffentlichen Stromnetzes zu keinen Betriebsunterbrechungen im Haus und auf dem Grundstueck kommt.

Ein weiterer Vorteil fuer unsere Gaeste sind die kurzen Distanzen zu Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Tankstellen.sowie die zentrale Lage auf der Kaphalbinsel.
