This sophisticated space features designer kitchen with vintage Ariete appliances, premium bedroom furnishings, and private balcony offering breathtaking Ionian Sea views, just 150 meters from Gaios main square.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire 45-square-meter studio, including the private furnished balcony with stunning sea views. The space includes all amenities from the fully equipped kitchen to outdoor dining furniture, ensuring complete comfort and independence throughout your stay.

We prioritize your privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Self-check-in is available, allowing you to seamlessly settle into your Paxos retreat at your convenience. Upon request, our friendly hosts will greet you upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and local insights. Throughout your time with us, a dedicated PaxosRetreats representative will be on hand to assist with any inquiries or needs that may arise.

Nestled in Gaios, Paxos, Gaios Hill Studio offers proximity to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The village center is within walking distance, where you can explore quaint streets lined with charming boutiques and tavernas. We had a great time at Viky's place. It's a few metres away from Gaios centre, perfect for reaching stores, restaurants etc on foot whilst still in a quiet area up the hill. The view from the balcony is simply amazing. The room was spotless and the hostess and her parents who live at the ground floor are very friendly and always willing to help. Definitely recommended.

The views over the bay and the harbour were just what we wanted. The views require a short but steep climb between the harbour front and the apartment. Well worth it but not suitable for people with mobility issues. The apartment itself was very clean with good but basic facilities.

Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung und auf der Insel sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit tollem Blick, die Insel ist sowieso super. Die Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf spontane Fragen sofort reagiert.
