Cuthbert Hill Farm is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Chipping. It comes with six bedrooms, all of which are super king size and can be split in to twin beds on request, sleeping 12 people in total. There is an en-suite walk in shower, basin and WC. There is also a bathroom with freestanding bath, basin and WC, as well as a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, an additional sitting room and a games room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. Cuthbert Hill Farm promises to be a wonderful base that you can look forward to returning to year after year. Please note supermarket deliveries are fine, but please don't arrange for personal parcels to be delivered due to the sporadic nature of delivery services. Accessibility information: The farmhouse has ramped access from the car park onto a short gravel path leading to the front door. There is a large downstairs wc / wet room and the farmhouse is reasonably level throughout. There is a single step down into the games room. All six bedrooms are upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are accessed by a wider than average staircase with handrails to both sides. The patio area is level leading out from the kitchen. Two small - medium well-behaved dogs. Pets are not allowed upstairs or on furniture as per booking conditions and to be kept on a lead when outside at all times.
