Mickey Mouse House in Kissimmee

Location is very close to Disney Parks. Home was very cute (with Disney theme). Perfect for family with children. VRBO listing is accurate. Owners are very responsive (and live very close). Pool temperature might be cold in March. Hot Tub was a savior.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our short 2 days here. We wouldn't change a thing about our stay and this deserves the 5 stars. The alarm for the door going to the pool takes a little getting used to as far as operation goes, but the owner has clear instructions on how to do so. The price was great and neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.The only minor inconvenience was that the light inside the hot tub doesn't work and the light above the hot tub was too bright. It was just a little too dark with no lights on for the midnight dip in the hot tub. There are small colored lights on the fence that gave just enough light to see each other.

Close to Disney home.

It was great being able to bring our dogs with us. The home had everything we needed and more. The fenced in yard was a plus. It was close to Disney, restaurants and Walmart. Definitely would stay there again. The owners live close by and made sure we didn’t have any issues.

Perfect quiet

The wife and I wanted to get away and have an "us" weekend. This was perfect. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Very relaxing, and super quiet. The house was smaller than expected but perfect for us. Can't wait to visit again in the future.

Excellent property close to Walt Disney World

Very nice home close to Disney property. Everything was clean, the pool and hot tub were very nice and in great condition. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Nice and quiet neighborhood close to everything

We had a relaxing time staying at this rental. This is about the 12th stay in a rental in this area, so we know what works and this rental had everything we needed. We were also loving the location. Quiet, low traffic to Walmart and other stores. We would stay again if we had the same size party.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great time at this home during our family vacation! The home was clean and the communication from the owners was excellent. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature for us. The location of this home was also perfect as the attractions and dining were close by. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cant wait to stay here again!

This house was perfect! Everything we hoped for and more! The house is very clean and comfy! My son absolutely loved the game room!!! The pool was bigger then we expected and beautiful! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and he especially loved the thick luscious grass! The beds are super comfortable and clean! It was the perfect home away from home! We cant wait to book our next vacation to this home! Thanks John and Yvonne ❤️

Amazing property and location

When we normally go to Disney we stay on property. But the prices were so high we decided to look on VRBO and booked here. The listing is 100% accurate. The house was clean and well maintained. The fenced in back yard is great. The pool was a plus. The game room was amazing! The location is fantastic. You are close to Disney or whatever else you want to do. Our pup isn’t fond of fireworks and here you can just barely here them which was great. The neighborhood is quiet and you will feel safe there. We will definitely be back here again.

Fantastic FUN!

Our daughter is interning at Disney so other daughter, her husband, and our sweet poodles had a blast! We loved the ping pong table, pool table, great appliances and fence for the dogs.

Awesome accommodation

Awesome. Very clean, bright and inviting! Has good location to disney parks. Quiet cute neighborhood well kept. We enjoyed the fact we could bring our little dogs with us. The pool and game room was a big hit after a long day at the parks! Had every amenity to feel like home!

Great communication, poor managment

I booked this house because of how close to Disney it was, and how many amenities it offered. Private pool, hot tub, yard games, game room, ECT. Upon arrival, we noticed very quickly the house was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Not just some crumbs, we are talking masses of dog hair, dust and human hair. Literally everywhere. The grass wasn't mowed, and Florida grass is THICK! My dad's little dog couldn't even go to the restroom in our yard. The pool was full of popsicle wrappers, dog hair, human hair and bugs. Yard strung with trash and old dog poop. Hot tub was almost empty. And full of sand at the bottom. But, of course the pool guy didn't answer anyone until Monday (we arrived early Saturday evening). Now, with all that said, I do NOT put this on the homeowner. They were out of town, and I genuinely think the people they've relied on to manage their property; let them down. The homeowners replied to every message I sent, and called everyone they use for property maintenance. The manager showed up hours after we arrived, and "cleaned" some of our concerns; but definitely not all. While having excuse after excuse why this or that wasn't cleaned. Ordered a grill, and they showed up a day late. Overall, the house has huge potential, and the owners are super friendly and attempted to make all things they could; right for us.

This is a great house and very close to everything. We loved having the fenced in yard for the dog. We enjoyed the pool and the game room. Everything was perfect.

Great place to vacation

We had a great time at this property. The pool and hot tub are very nice and relaxing. The fenced yard made it great to bring our dogs. If you bring dogs, beware of the yard service guys - they left the gate open after they finished and our dog got out of the yard. Note that most of the game room amenities are "kid size" and not really for adult use. The record player is missing the needle, so you can't play any of the records. The closets need to be cleaned out of the "stuff" that is on the shelves to make it easier for the renters to use all that space. Overall, I would definitely rent this house again.

Enjoyed our stay!!!

This was our first time renting a house and was not sure what to expect. This house was perfect and had everything we needed! Great pool, spacious clean house and nice neighborhood near tons of stuff! The property owners responded quickly to any questions we had. When we got to the house we could not get in. We texted the owner and he was at the house in two minutes!! That is service!! We go to Florida every year we are definitely staying here again!!

Thanksgiving vacation

This was a very cute house very convenient to Disney and sea world about a 15 min ride to either park the pool was great and you can have it heated. We will definitely be back to stay again.

In 1999 , after vacationing in florida many times, I moved from the UK to set up a vacation rental company to help families looking for alternative accommodations from hotel rooms.
I set up a company called Loyalty Vacation Homes and innovatively started doing things differently
I was the very first rental home to have a fun name rather than a street address, and I saw the potential to utilize garages ( that were hardly used in rental homes) and turned them into game rooms. At first they were kind of basic, I put in pinball machines and pool tables.
It wasn’t long before I was managing 120 homes for owners and offering excellent accommodation for guests
In 2018, it was time for me to retire , now John and I concentrate on just our handful of homes , all in the same neighborhood and we strive to make them as perfect as we can
Over the years we have improved our homes and game rooms immensely
I understand the need for quality when going on vacation and we try our hardest to keep our homes up to date and as comfortable as possible .
We live in the same neighborhood and are very hands on. We are always in the homes making sure they are the best they can be. When you book with us , we are here for you whenever you need us. We have an excellent cleaning crew who assist us
