Chalet Valentin is a set in its own private grounds with ample parking and outside area. Whilst being at the foot of the mountain you are only an 800m walk down the hill to the centre of town. Large dining and lounge area with an open fireplace which makes you feel cosy in the Mountains. Step outside the chalet to take in the breathtaking views and so close to town but a perfect quiet location.
Perfect for those who would like to cook for themselves with a large kitchen and pantry that can host many guests.

I always knew I had to live in the mountains from a very young age as I love skiing and adore the Mountain summer scenery. I have worked closely with the owner of this chalet for over 20 years managing it in the winter for a tour company and now have decided to rent it out in the summer on HomeAway to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy the mountains as much as I do.
I am originally from the UK with an Irish Mum and have lived in Italy for many years with my Italian husband and two teenager sons who are both very passionate about their ski club.
I love meeting new people and thrive on being on hand to make sure our guests get the most out of their holiday.

Chalet Valentin is located at the start of the hikes and trails but still so close to town, quiet location set in its own grounds and a perfect size for a large group to get together.
8 of the 9 rooms have large balconies looking out on the mountains.
The lounge/dining area is large but cosy with an open fire and "Sky TV".
The majority of the walks/hikes/bike routes start from outside the chalet leading you up into the stunning mountains. Local bus also stops right outside the chalet.

Ideal kitchen for catering for 17 people and a large comfortable communal area for you to relax after your evening meal.
10 min walk down the hill to the centre of Sauze where the atmosphere thrives around aperitif time.
Only 10mins drive or 30/40 walk up to Ciao Pais mountain restaurant (perfect lunch spot) set in the mountains.
